I have been trying to ship my parcel for a while, and the website isn't letting me pay, tried several cards (that I usually use to buy things online, so the cards are fine).
* AusFF attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
I have received the package (10 tshirts + 2 hoodies), but had the following issues:
1. The local delivery company never attempted to contact me
2. I had to pay 58.7 USD tax to receive the package
3. The tops were in a card board box without any packaging, along with a bad smell
I understand that you may not be able to control or foresee the issues faced with local laws and delivery providers (even though you could pressure USPS to do so), but I m sure you could have used some sealed plastic packaging to make sure the tops arrive preteen.
