I ordered a shirt I was really excited for, when I got it, the print was barely visible.
I asked for a new printing of the shirt or a refund, and they instead offered me $5 off my next purchase.
Pathetic. I had to get my credit card company to reverse the charge.

It arrived it was miss spelled and just cheap hat from china. Forget about contacting customer service they don't answer phone calls or emails. You will be sorry!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Never open a shop and upload your designs, they will be stolen and gone forever. I did and once I had 50+ designs loaded and on products, I could not access my account any more, and my store name was changed. They will not reply to over 50 emails, only a voicemail via phone and no return call. Total scam. I decided to select one of my items and ordered it to see if I would receive the commission(they accept PayPal only and PayPal refuse a refund), and NOPE! Two weeks until they shipped, pattern was chopped in half and no commission and still no reply. This has been going on from Oct 2017, and I send daily emails. Never download your designs and never order... you will be SCAMMED!

Horrible

This website is awful. The product was nice (all I got was an iPhone 6s case), but the customer service was lacking; they don't get back to you quickly if you email them, and I ordered something on December 12th, 2017 and got it January 18th, 2018. It was supposed to come before Christmas. The person whom I got the gift for didn't get it.
My item probably wouldn't have even gotten to me if I hadn't sent a nasty email about how late it was. Even then, they promised delivery by January 12th and it still didn't arrive for another week.
0/5 if I could, I will never order from them again.

Instead of writing a review, I have copied my fourth email to them. You'll get the drift... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Email follows...

I am most unhappy and disappointed. The order I placed on December 2nd has not arrived! The order contained two Christmas presents which were very important to me.

There is nothing that can be done - I have emailed you three times, you replied twice telling me "please don't worry." You falsely advertised that most orders ship within a day, some within 2-3 days. On December 13 you said, "Since it is holiday season, everything will be slightly delayed. I'm really sorry for this! But your package is on its way. No worries!" On December 22nd you said, "I have called our shipper to speed up, please don't worry!" When I received your December 22nd email I realized that I had been lied to. The order had not been shipped at all!

Again, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with Snapmade. This order was very important to me; gifts for two precious people.

The site was very professional looking and easy to use... guess this is how they sucker you in. Shipping, from China, apparently, took FOREVER. Once the two items arrived, both were printed terribly... logo on the hat I ordered was crooked and the text was off center, image on the t-shirt was so faded that the text on it was illegible, in spite of my having used a high quality, high resolution image. Tried to return it and was told I could, but would have to pay return shipping. TO CHINA. Nowhere on the website did they make it clear that they ship from China. Shipping from China costs them peanuts, but shipping back to China costs a fortune. And they know it. I tried to get them to pay return shipping and they refused. So upset. Don't waste your money!

I ordered a daki (body pillow case) and it came in about 15 days? The fabric is really soft and the print is nice too (a little faded but its my art so i can adjust that next time) but i do have to say the stitching looks really flimsy and the zipper looks like its gonna break even after i opened the package. Im really nervous to order from them again, because while i am very satisfied with my order, ive seen so many bad reviews... Its the cheapest daki ive been able to find though, so,,, ($35- $45 for a 22x60 in. Custom image? As an artist i really like that tbh lol)

Body pillow perfection

First off easy to use ( with very easy to understand instructions for images vs size of product) and the ability to choose which fabric with reasonable prices.
Fairly quick delivery with updated reports on shipments where abouts.
The image came out pretty good ( which considering i had to stretch the image is understandable)
The fabric was good quality and the sentence i requested to be printed over the image was sharp and readable.

10/10 would order more from them X3

TOTALLY BULLSH*T!

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR! SO I MADE MY ORDERS ON NOVEMBER 6TH AND THEY SAID THE ESTIMATE TIME OF DELIVERY RANGE FROM 10-14 DAYS BUT UP TO NOW, I HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET. I EMAILED THEM 6 DAYS AGO & ASKED FOR MY PACKAGES. THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 5 MORE DAYS SINCE THIS IS THE BUSIEST SEASON. I SAID OKAY & WAITED. IT PASSED 5 DAYS YESTERDAY BUT MY ORDERS STILL DIDNT COME SO I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE BACK! I JUST TRIED CONTACT THEM A FEW MINUTES AGO VIA THE NUMBER ON WEBSITE & NO ONE $#*!ING PICKED UP THE PHONE. ALSO THE TRACKING SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING SINCE NOV 11TH & THERE WAS NO WAY TO CHECK THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY PACKAGES!
A YOUTUBE V-LOGGER I FOLLOWED RECOMMENDS THIS SITE SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FINE. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! IT'S TOTALLY A FRAUD! ITS MY MISTAKE NOT TO CHECK THE REVIEW BE4 PLACING AN ORDER! DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME! IM GOING NUT AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! T___T

Fear not, this company delivers! I wanted a unique watch. That was exactly what I was able to create through SnapMade. I read the reviews and had my doubts. But, let me just say that the price, quality, and service were better than anything I could have ever imagined. The product was shipped from China. Yes, it took about a month to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I will be ordering more customized items to suprise and delight my loved ones with a unique gift, made especially for them. Great Job SnapMade! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Poor quality print
April 26, 2017

I purchased a dakimakura pillowcase as well as a t shirt. The image on the dakimakura was very pixelated despite being the recommended resolution and looking fine in the preview. The t-shirt print quality was pisspoor, with parts of the design slightly faded and overall the colors dull.

After waiting two months for my order, It appears they are not going to ship it. They don't answer emails. It appears at this point they have given up on even shipping product and all they do is take orders, and the money. They do flood my email with 5 and 10% off offers. I had to block their email address to stop the spam. Ripoff

I ordered a custom hat on Dec 12 as a Christmas present and it still showed waiting to ship by Jan 10. During that time their customer service. Whom I e-mailed with kept telling me via email to please be patient and to wait 10 more days. When I asked again 2 weeks later, I was told the package had been lost and could they send another one.

I asked for a refund because at this point, it was too late to give the christmas gift. They asked if I would take a $25 coupon code instead, I said, no thank you, please just go ahead and issue the refund. Then received no more communication.

I had to get paypal dispute involved. And once they got involved, they created my custom hat and re-shipped it- I received it on 2/13/17. Although I had asked for a refund and not another one over a month ago. Since they eventually shipped my item I ordered 2 months ago, paypal closed the case and I received what is a hat that I could buy at the dollar store- custom made (I paid $20). It is junk. Don't buy from this company!

Not sure it's legit

Also wish I could give this company 0 stars. Be aware they are in China.

I ordered a custom watch Dec 10 and it still showed waiting to ship by Jan 10. During that time their customer service. Who I could never reach by phone during US daytime... kept telling me via email to please be patient and the status would be updated soon as the package really had already shipped. When I told them I'd wait no more they told me the package had been lost.

I was offered a refund or they would make a new one. I said I'd try a new one if it got here quickly.

That was Jan 10, it's now Jan 28. The package still shows waiting to ship.

I have stopped getting responses from them. I have asked for over a week for a refund.

This company is a scam

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I want to warn people before they also waste their money.
I ordered two cases before Christmas. One came in 28 days and the other is due later this week (35 days later!) I emailed about 2 weeks in and just received an email that the cases were on the way (tracking info said they were still in China and actually will never change) When I complained with PayPal I got a more professional email from Kelly telling me to be patient.
When the case finally came it was very low quality printing and there was a visible black mark on it. Kelly offered to give me $6 back but I told her I wanted to return the case since their website has a money back guarantee regardless of the reason for wanting a return. I then stopped hearing from her. All phone numbers lead to nowhere and they won't respond to my refund requests.
Please save your money and don't order from this company!

Scam!
January 3, 2017

I ordered from this website 15 days before Christmas and was assured I would receive my order before Christmas. It is now Jan 3rd and I haven't received anything. I was emailed from Kelly with a tracking number and it says it's still in China.
I definitely will not be using their services again and now I am looking to cancel the order IF IT'S EVEN POSSIBLE BECAUSE ALL THEIR NUMBERS LEAD TO NOWHERE.

I'd never heard of them before and I'm always looking for platforms which may have items the others I use don't offer. All I can say is this is a very poorly run Zazzle wannabe. Their "shops" don't show anything but a bunch of product reviews which appear to have been ripped from another site. Adding "categories" to the shop does nothing. The one item they made live after a few days never showed up at the link which supposedly funnels into my store. The process is slowed down immensely by the fact that they seem to handle approval for every single product (not image) you put up there by hand. They also don't allow you to access previously uploaded images, so you have to keep uploading the same image over and over. Overall, I'm not at all impressed with them and have sent them a customer service email requesting that they delete my account and all content associated with it.
