This is actually an update of a previous review. I ordered eight (8) photo ornaments for Christmas on Dec. 4th. I can now say that I FINALLY received the package yesterday, January 16th. Two different "tracking" notices were received; the first said I would get my package by Dec. 23rd. After that date passed I emailed them again and received an email saying "Sorry for the delay.". The second notice said I'd receive my package on January 13th. I finally got it yesterday on the 16th of January and the box was totally crushed and had large puncture holes in it. I contacted the USPS and was told that because it was mailed "first class" I had no option for an insurance claim. Please note that when you order, you don't get an option to make sure that it's being sent insured. This stuff comes from China, so be aware that however they ship, it goes to US customs and can get hung up there indefinately. Their return policy says you have to pay to ship it back to them, so depending on what you purchased, it might cost you more to send it back than what it's worth to start with. Plus you'll have to wait to get it almost 2 months! STAY AWAY FROM SNAPMADE.COM One more thing, if you look at their website for info on how to become one of their vendors, you are setting yourself up with them as a third party who collects the buyer's money, gets a commission, and sends the balance to the Seller. Snapmade arranges shipments (all of which looks like they come from China), so when you do have a problem, there aren't any clear answers as to where or who your money should be refunded from. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
