They use stolen art from artists without paying artists their due royalties, and when you try to get into contact with them through any of their provided messages, it is other doesn't connect you, you get a wrong number, or the website will not let you submit the complaint form.

The new jerseys are great for all my teams. Material is great, quick turnarounds. Absolutely amazing customer service. Whether it be via email or whatsapp his response time is very quick and answers all my questions and has quotes to me quicker than expected.

Overall, purchasing jerseys through Snapmade is a great experience. Snapmade is super responsive with questions and quotes. The prices are also the best I've seen. The quality of the product is also very good. Myself and other teams I am on have placed jersey orders with Snapmade and I plan on putting together another soon.

Much better than expected. It's medium weight and breathable which is perfect for those sunny Sunday games. The stitching looks pretty good. It's such a steal.

I love that you can take the templates and really make it your own! You can change colors, move designs, add pictures, and so much more! All of my product have came out exactly how they were designed online. And the price is so cheap compared to others! They are always deals going on.

I ordered two t-shirts for myself. Unfortunately they did not fit me. I ordered a size small but both were two tight. I requested an exchange. Snapmade took care of the exchange immediately. The t-shirts were excellent fabric and construction and the printing was amazing. Highly recommend Snapmade for t-shirts printing. Will be ordering more t-shirts in the future.

I bought a custom T-shirt and what I can say is the T-shirt is very comfortable and it even absorbs sweat. I will never have sweat end up in my body again.

Pricing was excellent, product was often excellent and my customers would be happy, but too often orders went missing - were in production status forever - when I complained sometimes the order would be completed and expedited, other times the order would be canceled without notice, twice I had to go through the paypal process to get my money back. I've had to switch to another vendor.

Buyers beware! This site will just take your money and never send out your item. I ordered a custom pillow case and waited patiently for confirmation saying my item has been shipped (I waited for 2-3 days as stated in their order confirmation email). It never shipped and my order was cancelled without my prior knowledge! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm getting PayPal involved

Item never came. I waited 5 weeks and I'm hoping PayPal can give me my money back. They have an on site item tracker and it shows my item still hasn't left their facility. Do not shop there even for the dakimakuras!
