I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!

I put in an order for 20 Christmas cards. After reviewing them, I reordered 40 more of the EXACT SAME CARD for a cost of over $200. The second order was defective, as it cut one of the photos in half. There is Zero customer support. I spent hours trying to get this resolved, and they denied all liability. A sham company. I will not use again.

Another customer, who lived in Massachusett Messaged me. She recieved my Christmas cards with her order! I live in Maryland. The Massachusetts lady order was missing half of her order. My order eventally came, short a 20 envelopes. I felt fortunate that my daughter is older, when she was little I worried about her safety, a situation like this would have added to my stress. I know the person who recieved my information is probably not a bad person, but you never know. I won't use them again. I will stay local.

Don't use.

I used a discount code, but for $15 I didn't think the images would be so grainy. I used high resolution, professional images from a vacation shoot. Up close, they are extremely pixelated. Would not purchase again, I guess that's why Snapfish is so cheap?

Ordered a photobook on Snapfish. Very disappointed with the quality of the pictilures. They came out much darker than visible on screen and people's faces became barely visible. I had the same pictures printed as loose pictures in a local pharmacy and they were fine. So somehow Snapfish managed to ruin them by messing with them.

I have been having a terrible time contacting SNAPFISH. Their live chat doesn't work, the phone numbers don't work and there is no e-mail address. I received a photo canvass order that has a deep crease across the top of our faces and the canvas was not stretched properly. I am so disappointed. I have ordered may photos and books from them in the past that have been very nice. But I am so upset I can't even talk to them about the problem with this order. I probably won't use them again.

Product: Photo Tiles. I created a project using high rez images (9MB +) taken by a professional photographer with an SLR camera. The images are blurry with horizontal streaks. Pretty evident this was printed on a low quality digital press. The 'photo tiles' are prints that are glued to a piece of foam. Okay for a college dorm, but looks cheap in my opinion.

I contacted customer service on chat, had to upload pictures of the prints and then spent 45 minutes haggling with the customer service rep to issue me a refund. They must be trained to push customers to accept a 'credit' which only allows you to use the refund on the exact product you did before and even breaks out shipping separately. This is clearly designed to reduce returns by making it difficult for customers to use their refunds.

To be clear, the customer service rep DID issue me a refund in the end, but not without multiple attempts to direct me to accepting a credit for one very specific product.

Good luck.

Tip for consumers:
If you need to get a refund - do not accept a product credit. They will make you purchase the exact same thing, down to the dimension and split out the shipping credit separately. All of those things will make it difficult to use the credit. Just get the refund.

Every year I make a family calendar. So this year, at the end of January, I made a darling family calendar. The calendars were on sale for $7.99. Then I saw that 8 x 8 tiles were on sale too. So I purchased one photo tile of each grandchild. The tiles were great until I hung them up using the enclosed magnetic hangers. Within 3 hours all 11 pictures were on the floor!
So after purchasing 6 calendars and 11 photo tiles, with the sale, my cost was $64 including tax. Ok, that's fair. Then they added SHIPPING AND HANDLING! S & H was $77.32! It was 120% of the cost of the items. I have never had shipping cost more than the item. I am done with Snapfish. I am going to remove all my photos from their website.

Bought three items. Collage print was good. BUT... set of prints was poor - arbitrary trimming off of heads on many photos (option to trim them myself was not presented to me, and I would expect that a VERY basic algorithm would have trimmed them sensibly and some quality control would have been in place). Photos on the notecards were very dark, darker than the prints and darker still than the collage print; not usable. Customer services told me notecard images 'are always darker', so I am not clear why this was not advised at point of sale. Customer services refused refund for poor goods.

I've ordered canlendars for years from Snapfish and have always been happy with the quality. That is except for the past two years. I thought last year was a fluke that all the heavy cardstock they're printed on (I order the really expensive ones) curled on the tops and bottoms. They almost rolled down from the top and the bottom portion of the calender buckled. We had a humid year so I blamed it on that. Since I design all the pictures from my own photos, I save all the calendars from over the years. So out of curiosity and not remembering this wet, curled paper look, I pulled out past calendars and not one of them is curled or bowed. The paper is much heavier and they were just stunning. I decided to try again this year and am having the same issue as last year without being able to blame it on high humidity. Just lower quality without any price adjustment. Sadly, this will be the last year I design and have premium calendars printed out with Snapfish.

Photos show the top of the calendar curling. It's not humid this year.

Tip for consumers:
Will not buy from Snapfish again.

They said that I'll get my photos by august 19 if I pay 5 dollars extra for shipping, however it is August 20 and it is still processing not even ship yet. Not only that their discount codes are scams. I put a 55% off code and my final price was 18 dollars, then I replaced that discount code with the 70% off code and my final was still 18 dollars. So don't get fooled by all the sales and offers. They are all lies. When I put a discount code the price will still the same no matter what. You get a hundred free prints that should take of 9 dollar of your order but when you add an additional discount code all of a sudden the one hundred free prints only take off 5 dollars if ur order. They try to trick you with all the sales. They're all fake.

I'm really tired of wasting my time on the app. I have gone through my photos, selected them all, only to have them disappear, or have different photos show up, or have no way to review and adjust them. And Lord help you if you try to make an album. HOurs wasted trying to get it right with their user unfriendly system. It's a shame because when it works it's great but getting it to work is hell. The customer service dudes in India have no idea how to help you. They give you the wrong advice. Their English isn't good enough to understand you. And you only get to them after frustrating conversations with a robot that can't help you on the "live chat ". I am done. I'm switching to another app.

This is such a basic feature and for the programmers not to have thought of this, is a shame. If you have more than one person sharing a calendar date, for birthday, or any event, you cannot add their photos to that date. Adding photos to calendar date works only if there is one picture.

Just tried to get to get to grips with the new snapfish and glad to see I am not alone in being utterly appalled! Doesnt really seem like an upgrade more of a basic site, clumsy and awkward. I know that I would loose any unordered projects and my order history - cynically wondering how many £s were spent in the week leading up to this - but I have now found that all of my album titles from 2014 (a considerable number) have disappeared as well as that every single one of my photos was captioned and dated and all of this has disappeared. Photographs dated and put into a folder ready to make a new book on the new site are completely muddled, I am now thinking I will move elsewhere which is a real disappointment after many years and much telling of friends about the site and all the great photos and gifts I had ordered. If you are new to the site then Im sure you will be delighted but for previous customers (in my opinion) this new site comes up short of expectations.

I ordered cards and previewing them thoroughly. My cards came misprinted as an error on their end they did not catch before shipping. I informed them immediately and asked for a full refund. They would only give me credit for replacement cards. I did not trust they would get it right... they would only refund me the cost of the cards, not the shipping I paid for. THEY SHIPPED ME DEFECTIVE ITEMS... The agent I spoke to would not budge and I gave up after a very long online chat. I am so disappointed and will not use their services again. I'd show you our item but it contains the faces of my children. They make their money off of shipping and apparently, they know that because they won't refund it even when it's their error. Lack of integrity. I will play more with a company I trust before I will go back there.

Probably okay if you're looking for some 4x6 snaps. They seem to have some compatibility issues with their upload programs and their support is nearly worthless. They charge a bundle for rush shipping, but take up to a week to produce simple products like photos and cards. And lastly, their quality is inconsistent. I've had some decent larger prints from them, but the book they printed for me came with a messed up cover. They reprinted the book, but it took 10 days more to get the replacement.

I ordered a 16X20 canvas print. The canvas was applied rotated clockwise on frame so black edges appeared at corners. This is the same problem I got printing at Walgreens. They likely use the same printing machine.

I loved snapfish, but now may have to find some compatable service, too long to upload, not able to create, all the reviews are so dead on, what happened snapfish. New engineers get busy, snapfish was too good to loose and it will take years to get back what it had the longer you delay

Previously, I was only not recommending Snapfish for backups and also, you cannot delete photos or albums if you choose to. But now it's a total different level. They upload a tracking number that is either fake or never updates. Therefore, you have no idea if your order actually "shipped" or if the products are lost in the mail. You will never find out unless you make the effort to speak to customer support and let them know. This isn't the first time it happened. I knew a few other people who had the same issue.

I contacted customer service (live chat) and they simply told me the tracking didn't update because the carrier didn't do it but the products are still "on its way". But Snapfish themselves couldn't even tell me where the products are. It's blatantly a lie. I was told to wait another 2-3 business days. It's been 15 days.

Now this is not to bash them purely about shipping because the speed isn't their fault. But I previously liked Snapfish for their price range and their quality prints. When I finally got my prints in the mail (after being in limbo), all the images came with a grid-like-waffle effect on them which makes them unusable.

The new layout works well with mobile devices, however, it is missing functionality. For example, I cannot see My Photos or Albums UNLESS I'm on the Snapfish homepage. It does not show up on the side menu. Also, is there a legitimate reason why they don't let you delete purchased projects? I kind of not want my photos being permanently saved on the account. If I had known this, I would've never purchased anything from them. I previously ordered my prints through Rite Aid, and from what I SAW or KNEW, they do not force you to save your photographs even after purchasing.

Besides that complaint, I suggest not to trust them with your lifetime of photographs. Back them up. Save them elsewhere. Do multiple back-ups. If they mean a lot to you, don't think Snapfish is going to hold any sentiment. They don't care. They can lose your photographs at any time. Also, my brother ordered a set of photographs and it got lost in the mail. While this was not Snapfish's fault, it's still disappointing and who knows where these photographs are now; being viewed by some stranger?

I received a free voucher to make a 5x7 book. When you sign up, you get "free 20 photos". So i took the offer. Because of the postage, you are actually paying for the prints. I agree that the photo prints are a bit overexposed. It still does not beat the quality of Loblaws/superstore.
I was excited to see this book. Let's just say for the regular price of $12.99 plus shipping, what i got was a photo brochure. I was so disappointed. I cannot give to anyone and it will sit on my shelf collecting dust.
The software is quite user-friendly. I had no problem with it.
I think i will try costco next time

For prints up to 5 x 7, you may save money with snapfish, but anything larger has a good chance of being of poor quality with dull color, very cheap paper, and lousy packaging.

So there are a lot of disgruntled people out there. Snapfish has taken a huge nosedive in my books. I have used them for years, canvas prints, calendars, mugs, photobooks etc. Just had some photoblocks printed - what a disgrace. They arrived with the edges all peeling, scratches on the front, damaged and mangled corners and damage on the black matt edging, glue spots on the photos. Admittedly Snapfish have agreed to remake them for me - but if this is a sample of their work now, this customer is not impressed.
I too lost a photobook that I had been compiling on the history of my family, hours of research lost. I asked them via online chat if my book was safe and would it be migrated to the new site and was assured more than once that it was fine... then after the allocated time frame it still wasn't there, so back onto online chat only to be told that mine didn't come over because the design I had used had been discontinued. That wasn't correct, they are still supplying the same size black leather album that I had been colating. So back to the drawing board.
Like some others I would like to use another supplier, but Snapfish seem to offer the best editing tools etc especially for photobooks.

Any company that says "share photos" with your friends and family should allow those "friends and family members" to view the photos you send. Forcing them to register is baloney. No one has time to fill that info. They will skip it.

Never using them again.

I usually use Vistaprint for calendars that I send out and give out at pre-christmas family gathering. But thought I would use snapfish thus year. Calendars were supposed to be delivered by Dec 9th. I received notices every day that they would be here by 9 o'clock. Never were. I called snapfish, they said they would escalate but never heard from them. I had to buy calendars from amazon to bring to family get together because still did not have by 16th. I never had problems with Vistaprint. Will not use Snapfish again.

It is very upsetting that my old albums are gone - What a terrible thing to do to loyal customers of many years. The mobile site is so awful - can't look at your albums as a separate item - now you can't edit photos for light and contrast - online rep says that feature is coming soon - I should have stayed with Shutterfly. All my photos are here and can't be transferred. All free 100 print deals are on mobile site only - yet I have to use my laptop to make my projects- and view my photos carefully. The new marketing team should take a look at all the negative reviews - you have caused an uproar of dissatisfied customers! What a shame...

I've used Snapfish many times over the years for all sorts of photo books, gifts, and prints. I received a photo book yesterday. The pages of the book are very nice, but the cover is awful! After just taking it out of the box, it was covered with my fingerprints. I was so excited to look at my book, that I just ignored it. After looking through it, I left it on the table. My husband picked it up a little while later and when he put it down it was covered with prints. Again, inside pages are fine, but cover is low quality that shows every little smudge (we are adults with clean hands, not toddlers!) Customer service was polite, but had me take photos of what I was talking about and upload them to a new album on their site. Then they offered me a 40% refund. How is that helping my smudgy book that I'd be embarrassed to display? I have other photo books from them that are fine, years after receiving them. They definitely lowered their quality. Such a shame, as it is a user friendly site and always has special deals going on. Shipping was pretty quick too. But, there are too many competitors to stick with them. Putting a book together is too time consuming to not be confident that it will be good quality.
