I spent about 12 hours working on putting together a photo book, saving the work as I progressed. I left the site to look at some additional photos I wanted to use. When I went back to the site, the entire project and all the photos I had imported previously had disappeared! An on line chat with a representative was not only a waste of time, but also added to my frustration as the rep had no explanation or solution. DO NOT USE Snapfish!
Used for my wedding and honeymoon print outs - never again! My screaming red hair looks brown, my bright purple dress is muted and the Adriatic skies and sunsets on our honeymoon are useless. Do not use!
Love snapfish for getting frameable prints. The paper and quality has always been really good! The shipping is usually really fast. My only complaint is their shipping for bigger prints. I wish there was an option to have them in a box as I've had some bending in the big envelopes.
Overall a great experience!
Ordered some 4x6 prints from them, the pictures came out terrible... as if they were taken on a disposable camera and not the newest iphone model. Don't fall for the advertisements, just go somewhere else for your prints and pay more.

Misleading web site and now I have waited over a month for one of two photo's as they somehow lost the 2nd part of one order?
How can a web site like this still be allowed to conduct business?
Unfortunately I received my canvas photo and I am not satisfied with it (strike one). So I put their Satisfaction Guarantee on their website to the test. No one answers their customer service number to get a real person to speak with and I have tried many times in last 2 days (strike 2). The only communication was in the chat. I was asked for photos to review so it's the employee who makes the call if I have a valid issue. Not me the customer who is not satisfied (strike 3). A deterrent tactic by the company scripted for the employee. I have to say, this is the first company I've dealt with (in a very long time) that makes it difficult to complain and get your customer satisfaction guarantee. Most companies I've dealt with bend over backwards for my satisfaction. (Shipping was good so some credit). I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company, find another company and never use Snapfish again.
After speaking with Snapfish I was refused a refund. One of my images (poster size) came in wrinkled and ruined and the other part of my package never showed up. Still they refused my refund. I will never use Snapfish again
I ordered 80 cards and envelopes nice and early. I received them in good time, The quality. Of the card was dark and not what I expected from the original well lit photo I downloaded. What's worse is the sent my envelopes half printed...yes, they left off town, state and zip code. I approved the card but never saw a proof the of envelope. And wouldn't you think they could have contacted me? They sent the order to me at the same address. When I reported the error, they put the blame all on me and after complaining they agreed to reimburse me $25 (the value of 80 printed envelopes? NOT!) I requested that the envelopes be corrected. They said they were unable to do that. Now they say I'll get an e-mail regarding reimbursement but it may never show up on my account. Sound Snap-fishy. The most non customer focused company ever. Never again.
We got our Christmas card pictures back today and couldn't be more disappointed. After spending time designing a collage picture that looked great on our computer.
The picture that was delivered to us was terrible. Pictures were off center and cut off on one side of the print. Not even close to what we designed. Very disappointing. We will never use Snapfish again.
This company has terrible customer service, an indecipherable interface, they lie about how long it takes to receive an order (to the tune of an order arriving 6 DAYS after it was supposed to arrive) and they refuse to take responsibility for the mistakes on orders. I will never, ever, use Snapfish again.
I agree with all comments made about the new system. I've been a heavy user of Snapfish for years but won't be in the future. Upload is slow. The new format makes it very difficult to find past albums when you upload several hundred albums a year and even more difficult if you want to order a few prints per album and not the album.
Tried to create an photo book, saved over a 100 pictures and spent over a week working on it. I made certain that i saved my work after uploading my pictures only to shut down and come back to NOTHING! All my pictures were lost. What a waste of time. Do not use this site!
Snapfish is not very user-friendly. I went through all the steps and nothing saved. You click on all the photos you want to add and then it just leaves you hanging with no selection offered to save' or continue.' I gave up!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Snapfish. They made multiple printing errors in my wedding album. After the 5th copy full of errors, I gave up and had to start again with a different company. I was very upset by the whole thing and spent months on the phone making complaints and requesting a new copy without any errors, which they failed to deliver. I ordered a custom mug with my artwork on it as a christmas gift and it was misprinted with random black markings and something blue/yellow with words partially printed on the opposite side that was obviously for a completely different design for some reason, very poorly done.
I placed my order December 01 2015, was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
January 03 and the order is still in the same status,(Processing) as it was in December 15th.
Customer Service is just a slick patronizing service. Nobody has been able to give me a reason why. One did, he advised was due to the bad weather over western Canada, funny that since the order has not shipped yet but the weather is blamed.

I order a mobile cover with my wife and kids picture on the mobile cover. First of all the quality of the iphone cover for 34 dollars was sub-standard and on top the idiots messed up the order printing the picture upside down. Their customer service although refunded the charge but failed to also send me the corrected order for free that would be expected from a reputed site given the embarrassment they caused.
I have been struggling with snapfish ever since they redesigned the site. I've used it to share albums for over 10 years. Now all my photos are gone, and my friends are having problems viewing the albums I've recently created. I quit. I'm actively looking for another way to save and share my photos.
I have used Snapfish for at least 10 years and I am DONE after a TERRIBLE experience with my Christmas card order and then with customer service. My neighbor, who ordered an almost identical card from Shutterfly, got her cards in 4 days. I ordered mine earlier (12/7) and still do not have them. (12/17) I received a notice from UPS today that they would arrive "early" - by the end of the day on 12/19. After the previously mentioned long waits for online chats - and also being disconnected - I was assured that the cards would arrive between 12/15 and 12/17 and had been upgraded to fast delivery... NOT so! UPS has them as ground post (to be handed over to USPS by Saturday morning). How disappointing and sad. I would not be surprised to see them go out of business after being one of the early leaders in the field. They were sold last April to District Photo and something has gone seriously wrong with the business. Snapfish has seen my last order.
I ordered my cards on 12/12, paid the extra handling fee to get them in two days. It is now January 2nd, and I still have not received them. It has been very difficult dealing with customer service over the issues. I feel bad for them after reading all of the negative reviews. I have always been pleased with my service and products from Snapfish. Obviously, the new management is to blame for all of the NEW issues. Hopefully, they will get this taken care of.
