Just tried to get to get to grips with the new snapfish and glad to see I am not alone in being utterly appalled! Doesnt really seem like an upgrade more of a basic site, clumsy and awkward. I know that I would loose any unordered projects and my order history - cynically wondering how many £s were spent in the week leading up to this - but I have now found that all of my album titles from 2014 (a considerable number) have disappeared as well as that every single one of my photos was captioned and dated and all of this has disappeared. Photographs dated and put into a folder ready to make a new book on the new site are completely muddled, I am now thinking I will move elsewhere which is a real disappointment after many years and much telling of friends about the site and all the great photos and gifts I had ordered. If you are new to the site then Im sure you will be delighted but for previous customers (in my opinion) this new site comes up short of expectations.
They offer specials that get you making projects that sometime take hours ad when you get to payment/promo code... well you ind "this does not apply to your order". The free soft cover 5x10 just offered 11/******* is not valid if you have been a long term customer and purchased a $10 book special in the past. To get a free book you must give back the $10 for life offer you paid for. BAIT AND SWITCH! Photographer who teaches and is verbal at my classes... my students will be directed elsewhere.
After placing an order I quickly realised the delivery address was wrong. I contacted the company and was told the address would be changed and the item delivered to the correct address but they then delivered it to the original wrong address instead. There are many company's that offer this printing service so best to look elsewhere as this company has the worst customer service I have ever encounted. They won't even give me a refund!
I ordered two photo books as gifts for Mothers Day. When I ordered them I added expedited shipping to be sure they would be delivered on time. I had not received any tracking info so I called two days in a row and was told my books were complete and UPS was picking them up. On the third day I still had not received any tracking info and called again. I was then told my books were still being processed and there was no expected delivery date. This was told to me on the day they were supposed to be delivered. The manager I spoke with said he would be emailing me to keep me updated. No email no nothing 12 hours later. I have no gift and the customer service gave me incorrect information for two days and no help on the third. If I could give 0 stars I would.
OMG! How do I start. The final print out they sent to me was almost faceless, different from the original file I sent to them. When I contacted them, they were unreasonable.
Don't waste you time and money. Do not use this service.
I customized a mug. The mug I ordered had a big white gap between the handle and one of the pictures. And the pictures on the mug were not lined up. I had the mug remade with another trusted vendor. A waste of time and money. It was also so disappointing because it was for a Christmas present.
I ordered a pint glass with a custom design. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The print is so clear and the glass is very thick and very high quality, clearly difficult to break. Honestly, it's one of the best gifts I've ever given. They created it within 2 days an shipped it. I got tracked 24 delivery so it arrived on the next day. Very very happy with the service, would definitely use it again!
I ordered 131 photos enlarged and I am extremely disappointed. All the photos were stretched and truncated and no matter how. Photos are unacceptable, complete decentered, with people cut in the middle or missing. It's disastrous. After contact the customer service, they just apologized. All the pictures worth to go to the bin, but no refund, just a proposition to print it again but "without guarantee".
It was the first time I decided to use Snapfish. I spent at least a week uploading and correcting historical photos of my family. While I am gathering our family photos during the week, I log into my account and I see that all the photos and projects were gone. I spent over 20 hours of work on this. I am so angry about it. I would never recommend it. I went to Costco website and I was able to locate picture from 2010. They never deleted anything.
They said that I'll get my photos by august 19 if I pay 5 dollars extra for shipping, however it is August 20 and it is still processing not even ship yet. Not only that their discount codes are scams. I put a 55% off code and my final price was 18 dollars, then I replaced that discount code with the 70% off code and my final was still 18 dollars. So don't get fooled by all the sales and offers. They are all lies. When I put a discount code the price will still the same no matter what. You get a hundred free prints that should take of 9 dollar of your order but when you add an additional discount code all of a sudden the one hundred free prints only take off 5 dollars if ur order. They try to trick you with all the sales. They're all fake.
Snapfish have introduced a new website and in the process removed access to projects that people have spent hundreds of hours creating! No direct warning was given to advise people to finish their projects before the new site came online, except at the bottom of emails proclaiming the wonders of the new site format. This is unacceptable, and Snapfish should reactivate the old site, if only for a limited time, so that customers can finish and order the existing projects that they have spent so long working on.

I have created many photobooks over the years; primarily using photos from an iPhone (7 & before). Even though the software warned that photos might be blurry, they never were and looked very much like they did in the online preview. The books came out GREAT. Last month I created a photobook using shots from iPhone 10/11/12 pictures. Most of the photos are blurry even though they looked fine online. Yes, it said they might be blurry, but they had to shrunk to 1" on the page to get rid of the warning. Clearly, that wasn't going to work for a photo book. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that the quality of the photobooks has dropped so much.
I placed two IDENTICAL orders. Each contained one photo book. The first order I chose RUSH service and paid extra so that it could arrive today before our friends go out of town. The second order I didn't not pay extra for rush service. Two days ago I received shipping notification for the order placed last. The RUSH order didn't ship until today, which was the estimated delivery date and which is also FOUR days after the order was placed. Now my gift will not arrive before my friends leave for Christmas and it will likely get stolen off their porch because no one will be home. I contacted customer service, they won't do anything to fix the problem. This is horrible customer service.
Have used them for years! Never again! Ordered 100 Christmas cards on 12/6 expecting to get them in 10 days as their site says. I was finally able to track them 12/18 with ups and it says delivery is 12/24! Emailed customer sevice, got a form response that included they expedited shipping when necessary. Hmmm ground UPS is NOT expeditied! Oh but they did run my credit card for the order on 12/7! Frustrated former customer if snapfish.
Ordered a photobook on Snapfish. Very disappointed with the quality of the pictilures. They came out much darker than visible on screen and people's faces became barely visible. I had the same pictures printed as loose pictures in a local pharmacy and they were fine. So somehow Snapfish managed to ruin them by messing with them.
I ordered from them for the first time Dec. 2023. I ordered 6 mugs and 3 ornaments. Shipping cost was insane and I thought it was because they were shipping items as they completed them (not very efficient) but that wasn't the case. Even so the order cost was lower than anywhere else. Well now I know why. I'm not sure where their products are manufactured but so far the 6 mugs I received were defective. The biggest issue is the images are completely crooked on the mug. They are supposed to be straight with the top of the mug and every single one is off. A few the image is literally off the mug and completely cut off. There were also scratches on some of the images. I shared one photo that shows how off center the images are. These are the same mug. I blurred out my babies face; that was not a production error.
I called Snapfish after receiving photos that are blurry and grainy. Customer service said I uploaded photos smaller than the recommended size. As I knew I had pulled the photos directly from my albums, I knew I had done it correctly. The representative I spoke to informed me of the "upload preferences" option hidden in the bottom right corner of the upload page. There you can choose standard or full resolution options. Why on earth would I intentionally choose photos of less than optimum quality?! I feel absolutely duped by this shady business practice. I have been ordering form Snapfish for years, but after this experience, I am never ordering from them again! My advice: take your business elsewhere!
I submitted an order, recived notification that my order went through, and then was unable to track my order on line through my account. It appears as though they lost my order! They have no telephone customer service support and the on-line chat was utterly ineffective. I am now in limbo with no help from Snapfish. Next time I will work with Shutterfly.
Bad company. I had a project going and needed my photos urgently ordered with enough time to arrive. When it got closer I haven't received I chatted with them they told me there's an issue and they're canceling it I should reorder. They didn't tell me anything about what the issue was. I reorder and the same happened... stay away from this company
This is by far the most glitchy site I have ever used. All my photos are there, so they are keeping me hostage. I have been calling customer service and IT for years, with one glitch, after another, which makes using the site basically impossible. The glitches never go away. There is always something not working properly or malfunctioning. The quality of the printing has also significantly declined over the years. Save yourself the frustration and upload your photos to one of Snapfish's many much more competent competitors.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
