Multiple musical Stage acts simultaneously happening with arts and crafts galore and yes... FOOD!

I placed my order December 01 2015, was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
January 03 and the order is still in the same status,(Processing) as it was in December 15th.
Customer Service is just a slick patronizing service. Nobody has been able to give me a reason why. One did, he advised was due to the bad weather over western Canada, funny that since the order has not shipped yet but the weather is blamed.
This Company is a joke!

I ordered a small photo album December 1st. I specifically advised it was a Christmas gift and also paid for 2 day shipping premium.
Well guess what? If the order takes nearly a month to process it does not matter how fast the shipping is now is it?
So here I am, thinking I have a special gift to give to a special person but it is not going to happen!
And their Customer Service People are only phone operators, they politely and patronizingly tell you how sorry they are...
Last time I will ever do business with Snapfish again...
