If I could give them a 0 star review I wouldnt hesitate... I ordered a tooth whitening gel from them ( which I have already used and know how it works and how well it whitens my teeth) however they sent me an one that does not have an expiration date which it is clear that its expired. Ive tried the gel 3 times but it did not work, I contacted them they refused to refund me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I will never order from smilox.com aka SmileInc again. I ordered "Generic Extra Soft Toothbrush (compare to Nimbus)" and am COMPLETELY disappointed; they are at least medium in firmness and bear NO resemblance to Nimbus whatsoever. I planned to return them, then noticed at the bottom of the packing slip, "All sales are final. No returns or exchanges." This isn't how a legit company operates; it's some kind of sleazy scam operation.
I just got scammed by Smilox! They sent me an empty package. I am reporting them to the BBB. This is ridiculous!. The post office received it unsealed and w/o contents. I am sure they are going to claim that they put something inside but my guess is NOT! Why would they not seal the package? SCAM!
I did the mistake of having someone order whitening gel when i was out on vacation and she failed to go to ultradent to order the gel, we received only half my order and the way it was shipped i realized she ordered from a company I'm not aware of, and when I tried to call them there was no phone number on the invoice to contact and going to their website there was no number listed there either which leads me to believe that this company is making money off of other companies names and not wanting to be a legit company that does have a good customer service response, and then when trying to return the material we would loose a third of the cost of the purchase for stocking purposes which is bull$#*!! I work for a very established Dental practice and would not recommend this company to anybody go to your dentist and buy it at cost from them or go directly to Ultradent Dental company to order directly. Angerly a very disappointed client that I know this company will never address this comment
A Tube of whitener broke. I wrote to them 3 times asking for help. I never got a response!
They send Coupons but don't care about problems.
Do not order any products from these folks. They do not display any sense of pride or responsibility for their products.
I ordered a bottle of MI Paste vanilla and it appears to be legitimate. There are no spelling errors on packaging and it appears normal, not expired either. Pics we be shown, not sure why every review is bad but I suppose I'll avoid buying whitening products from here as they appear to be problematic or expired based on other people's comments. S
So apparently these guys are also known as dentist.net. I would have liked your communication to be better and for my toothpaste to be shipped faster but I did get what I paid for. Thanks.
I just wanted to post that I ordered some teeth whitener gels and received them wihtout any problems. I also got a good price. They did wait almost three days before shipping, but everything came as expected. I would use this site again.
I was mis-sold a flosser. I order one that cost £5.99 but this was substituted for one that cost £11.99. I already had the one they substituted and wanted the cheaper one.
They don't seem to have a system for returning items.
Since i first posted this Smilox have responded: " We will ship you a pre-paid return mailer. Please use the provided mailer to return the incorrect item you received.
We are sorry for this inconvenience."
I will let you know how I get on!
They have now said: "After reviewing your order for the return authorization we notice your order was shipped internationally. Therefore, we will refund your account for the full amount of your order."
Eventually a human response!
