I was mis-sold a flosser. I order one that cost £5.99 but this was substituted for one that cost £11.99. I already had the one they substituted and wanted the cheaper one.
They don't seem to have a system for returning items.
Since i first posted this Smilox have responded: " We will ship you a pre-paid return mailer. Please use the provided mailer to return the incorrect item you received.
We are sorry for this inconvenience."
I will let you know how I get on!
They have now said: "After reviewing your order for the return authorization we notice your order was shipped internationally. Therefore, we will refund your account for the full amount of your order."
Eventually a human response!
I have therefore amaended my rating.
