I tried this programme a couple of years ago, and then somehow dropped doing scrapebooks. However I am back and it is wonderful to use such a tool. It has taken much of the worst part of scrapping into something truly enjoyable, and an excellent result, from someone who is not in the least "arty" Highly recommend it
They offer a free trial and say you can sign up for a $3.99 a month deal after the free trial. After trying to cancel the free trial (no phone number listed), I was charged a yearly subscription instead!
ALSO, since they have gotten our credit card information we have had multiple charges to our debit account over $1000. 00. We have had to close all of our accounts. YOUR information is not safe with this company!
PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

This company used to offer a lot of free services. They now state that if you want certain things you can use it under a trial period but the catch is that if you want the trial period you have to give them your credit card number. It states that you only need to tell them that you want to cancel and would not be charged. I decided I did not need it and I sent them an E-mail. You can not call them. No one picks up. They charged my account and they refuse to give me a refund because I did not state that I wanted a refund, I stated that I wanted to cancel. So do not give them your credit card number unless you really want their service. I would recommend Shutterfly instead.
I love Smilebox, being able to edit photos, make collages, postcards, invites, online scrapbooks, slideshows, facebook covers, personalize and jazz up pictures and add quotes to photos, frames and so much more. I love that you can either print them, save them, share them online via email or social media. Great for videos too, I love that you can pick a theme, add multiple videos and make a your own home movie. I started using the free version of Smilebox and loved it... then I decided to get the paid version {{one fee only once a year was worth it}} to have tons more options to choose from and I use it all the time, love it and highly recommend it. I've printed off gorgeous postcards & invites from home and share collages & video online almost every week.
More known characters (i. E. Disney Cars, Caillou, Dora) designs and more space to add information
Love the designs and the free music isn't bad, either. Wish you could email any design option, had to sign up to send a slide show, even though I thought I'd selected a free design. I will probably cancel after free trial of 7 days... without any problems, I hope!
