First time user, Its a cool video that I made, but it locked up on me, at one time, had hard time trying to find it, when I went to site to log in, I would end up with a blank page, and it wouldn't recognize me or my password, thought I lost my project, After long time looking for it, I found it saved in my Share program, So I was able to finish it, but tried to E-Mail to share, that didn't work to well, cut off heads of pictures & some of the Music, but it was easy to burn to a DVD, then my Video turned out beautiful

Absolutely wonderful way to share a photo array. My daughter sent me a smilebox showing me some of the things I missed out on through the years. To me, the experience is priceless.

I really enjoy your site. This was the first year I've done a Christmas card and it was really easy. It was nice to be able to print some and also to send some with email.

Terrible customer service. When you try to call the phone number, they say it is not monitored so they advise to use the email address. When you do that it is automated somehow and you get a email back that doesn't really answer your question. I need to get a refund for my pictures that i was not satisfied with as the photo book part is very confusing on the site. It did not come out as i wanted. Not even made into a book. I asked through email to not produce the book as i knew it wasn't going to be correct. I am asking for a reimbursement on my credit card and nothing solved yet. The email isn't responding like it understands my issue. It has been a month since the first email and i have not gotten anything resolved with them yet. So i suggest that you don't use them, you use Shutterfly. Shutterfly is cheaper and has coupons often for all kinds of picture needs such as albums, gifts, ect. I give them a zero rating. I am very dissatisfied with the company and especially with the way they chose to communicate with us customers.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is terrible! I purchased the monthly subscription to send a virtual "collage" card to my best friend for her birthday. The reason I purchased it a subscription instead of a free account is that it *claimed* it would post to Facebook. I made the card and posted it to FB and it didn't work. So, then I sent her the link directly for the card - still didn't work. The first thing I did was cancel the monthly subscription and then contacted SmileBox customer service for a refund on the monthly charge for the card I created. They first said they would refund the charge for the month, but then reinstated my monthly subscription which I had already cancelled. Then... once I resolved that issue, they refused to reimburse me for the monthly charge for the e-card which didn't work. They said they "tested" it and it was a problem with her computer. But she also tried to open it on her phone and it didn't work. I ended up having to call my credit card company to have them refute the charge after about 10 emails to the SmileBox customer service people. Do yourself and favor and DON'T USE SMILEBOX!

It's fun, easy and there is so many wonderful categories... It is adictive. It has me so enthused, I have so many projects to start and complete for this occation and that function and so on and so on ect. Ect. I could literally sit in front of my lap top for days and still would'nt do everything I want to do. So many formats, categories, ideas, occations and the projects and I am willing to bet they will be adding more and more and more awsome selections to choose from in the future (darn them) offering more to choose from. No,! You will love Smilebox.com If you enjoy adding your own pictures your own sentiments and more in the conveinance of your own home, then what are you waiting for? Do It. It's worth every penny...

Possible. Found Smilebox and they provided the answer. Made a beautiful personal
Card and my friend was thrilled.
