When I have a lot of pictures I really depend upon Smilebox to showcase them and use the over 2000 songs to accompany them. I sure hope they never shut down like other slideshow websites.
We just love Smilebox for making Christmas cards, thank You notes, invitations, and more. It is such a fun way to share photos and news with family and friends near and far.:)

I signed up needing to make a memorial slideshow for my Nans funeral, I went with the pro monthly of $19USD as I would only need to use it one time. After I finished my slideshow, that has very little features mind you, I cancelled my membership and was put back on basic/free membership immediately, even though I just paid for a months membership that day. EVERY subscription i have ever had and cancelled lets you use out the month you paid for. Sad thing is is that I need to modify my slideshow and have to re subscribe to get back on the pro features. Disgusting way to treat its customers. AVOID SMILEBOX at all costs, so many to chose from...
SCAM BEWARE! Company charges credit card without authorization and will not refund when it is brought to their attention. I signed up for the website on August 4,2020 for the $2.99 plan. Immediately on August 4,2020 I canceled my account when the product did not work as intended or advertised. I received a confirmation that my account was canceled on August 4,2020. Two days later on my credit card statement I see a charge for $35.88 from them?! I reached out to customer service on the matter and they told me they could not find my account?!?!?!? I then went back to Smilebox and logged into my account to confirm that I do still have an account. I let the customer service rep know all my credentials for the account THREE times and she still was unable to help in anyway. They have no live agents to talk to and all things are done through email. This company is a scam, please trust when people say "Buyer beware you will be charged more than what you wanted to pay." They falsely advertise pricing for a faulty product.
Smilebox makes it easy to connect to friends and family. My husband and I have hundreds of photos and love to find the one that we can share on special occasions.

I find the best templates on SmileBox. I have had great feedback from my employer for the flyers and invites I've made through SmileBox. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The site advised it was free... can't download onto my computer and wanted a credit card so to be able to print it from home. Site suggestion is a total lie!

I have purchased computer programs that let me digital scrapbook for $40 and never have to pay again. They do not have enough square scrapbooking templates to justify the price.

Smilebox automatically billed my credit card for a renewal I did not want to even thought about. Reputable website I use send you an alert before automatic billing occurs. They have none to talk to, no live support, when you call and do not respond the emails. Amazingly i canceled the service a year ago and was still automatically billed this year.
On 12/29/2020 I found the smilebox.com website. It was my fiancee's birthday & I needed a card fast. In my haste, I signed up for what I believed was the basic service. Created a card & submitted my credit card info. 12/30/2020 I realized my card had been charged $59.00. I immediately attempted to contact the company.(Because, I did not desire to subscribe yearly. And do not believe $59.00 is a feasible cost for any b-day card)Only to find that email is their only method for customer service. I proceeded to explain my issues & wait for a response. Only to receive a response indicating that due to holidays response time may be longer than the idea 48 hrs. I recieved the same message 01/06/21. Again on 01/07 & again on 01/09. Today is 01/19/2021 & I still havent spoken to anyone. Nor has my issue been addressed or resolved. There's no way to contact the company by phone. And obviously no consideration or respect for the consumer's email. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional. No company with any customer service ability behaves this way. It's a huge middle finger to the customer & completely unacceptable. I am now pursuing my legal options to for refund.
Sure wish I could put more pages to it... it has the title page, and says it could hold up to 400 photos, but only took 10 with no options of extra pages added!
Answer: It sounds like the pixels don't support the size you are trying to view it in. Try shrinking the output and see if that helps. If all of your pictures are still blurry, make sure your software is up to date. Hope this helps and congrats on your wedding!
