They charged me for a whole year subscription I made a mistake by pressing the wrong button. I used the website for one month and one week only. I could use the features because they would not open. The guests that send the invites to could also not open the invites or rsvp. The was no broader selection And editing was difficult without having to send the whole invitation over again to guest who again could not open the invite. I thought I was being fair by asking the company to charge me on a monthly basis and charge me two months of a membership but they refused saying that a sign for an annual contract. Now! Think about it if you are customer and you are not satisfied with your product, it failed to do what you needed it to do and being fair ask for a partial refund. Why?
Would the company give the partial refund. You want a satisfied customer that can possibly would like to come back for services in the future. This company is a more hungry company! Where are they locate? I don't think it originates in the United States and it's a scam. Do not subscribe! Unless u want to loose your money. I'm a consumer I will never again.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SMILEBOX until you read the fine print in their automatic renewal. They'll bill you every year automatically until you cancel, but get this, if you cancel one day after they automatically bill your credit card for an entire year, YOU GET NO REFUND!
The product is ok, the business practices are deplorable. THERE ARE MORE ETHICAL PROVIDERS out there.

Love this website - so easy to send cards and notices and invitations to lots of people and see who has viewed them. I have a subscription so there are no ads. Highly recommend!
I really like the animations. I would love to see more. It's a great option to paper cards, but it's still very personal and heartfelt. They make great invitations for events as well.
I use smile box most of the time I love making scrapbooks and or just sending invites. Smilebox makes it so easy to do and you can even print if you need to.
Super simple to create my invitation. Love the music feature! We added the James Bond theme to a costume party invite we prepared. The event page is awesome as well - keeps everything organized.

Its pretty cool over all, but making someone pay to make pictures and collages via their phone or computer doesnt make much sense. But they do have a large selection to choose from.
Many more options than I anticipated. Super fast and easy uploads of images, and you can select your own music! This is a great site and is my new go-to when I need to send cards! Thanks Smilebox!
I got smileBox as a gift when my son was born. I used to use it all the time until my computer stopped working. I finally got a new one and I'm sure I will start using this app again!
Need to save video to a pen drive and we can't do it untill a pack costing few $'s is availed. Kindly help if i have an alternative which i failed to figure out for the same.
I've used SmileBox for years. It's the easiest way to make great slideshows and cards. So user-friendly. Their support team is responsive for those times when I screw up! I love SmileBox!
I was able to make the cutest invite for my daughter's sweet 16th. Everyone has commented how much they love the interactive invite. Will definitely use again for other events and functions.

Unfortunately, this is the way we source our revenue, but we have two subscription options to use the Premium Designs
Annual for $47.88 and Monthly for $6.99.
The monthly, allows you to cancel each month, so if you were not sure you would use it over the year this might be a better option.
We also have a trial period of 7 days and if a person cancels during this period, they will not be billed. That way you can play around with the premium designs and added features and see if it is something you can use. Or you can stay on a 'Free' account, there are great free templates that you can use without paying for subscription. You would have to pay if you wanted to have something printed and shipped to you though.
Be creative, have fun or use for marketing.
