I did not know that this was a subscription service and do not want to pay $39/ month for terrible service and features. I'm disappointed that this company performs business in this underhanded manner where they make a product sound as if you can get a single resume built for $4.95 and then try and sneak in a monthly charge on the billing statement that is sent to an email.
They prey on the hurried and the desperate and its no wonder they have to have an entire page on their website dedicated to answering "Why are you charging Me?" This shows that this is common problem much like those old magazine subscription scams.
I spent a couple of days "logging on and off" building my resume then when finally done and go to download, it says I have to pay for subscription in order to get my finished "FREE RESUME"... ITS A SCAM AND THEY NEED TO STOP USING THE WORD " FREE "... A BUNCH OF B. S.!
Spending hours on creating a new and updated resume. No way to edit a section once you "save changes". Then if you want to print it to use a REAL free service, you cannot. RUN AWAY!
