I am writing you guys to tell how disappointed i am with your service, I made the first booking online under the name Mthokozisi prosper Ndlovu traveling from johannesburg south africa Angola Luanda on the 11th of june 2025 returning on the 15th june i then called your travel desk i spoke a Gentleman called Pakar asked him to change my return date to 13th june of which he did i was happy with that. I then asked him to book for my colleague Nthabiseng Lesifi Mangwanene travelling from 11th of June returning on the 15th of June he asked me to send him an email of which i sent him that says please book for My colleague for the 11th of June returning on the 15th of June 2025 we confirmed both day telephonically he sent me a ticket that confirms the requested dates. Today the 15th june 2025, my colleague LESUFI was supposed to board the plane at 09:55 from Luanda but I was surprised to hear that my colleague was a no-show for the 13/06/25. Which is the date i returned back to johannesburg. Now my colleague is stuck alone in luanda because one of your staff members messed up her booking i mean what level of in comptence is that. I would like the voice records between PAKAR AND ME... I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED THE EMAIL I SENT TO HIM.

Tried to book a flight, tried to claim card was declined (it wasn't) and took 4 days to confirm that the flight had not been secured. Also called at 4am waking everyone up to finally confirm this.
The process was very simple with smartfares and they offered the cheapest price too.

I had no hassle to do my booking, it was quick and easy.
Suposedly to protect against fraud, Bank of America, which I was not aware of, declined my tickets charge. They emailed asking charge confirmation and when I called agent Ana, who was abrasive, refused to keep my options, which made more expensive. I liked initial KLM and Air France but she got rid of them. I find it hard to believe they go away that quickly with 250 seats airplanes. In addition the flight from Atlanta to WPB was awfully tight and service sucked. I am sure I am not the only passenger whose ccard co. Does that. All this made my trip longer and umpleasant.
Your ticket price is not the same as the amount you deducted from my account. I was very disappointed why you can't your actual price?

I don't know where to start. I have talked to people from this app like 10 times. It has been always the same, rude people, trained as they should the costumer stupid, they dont let people talk. The interrupt and raise their voice. They play with you and the options they want to give you just because. They hang up the phone on you and then if they are not please they are even more rude. Please avoid buying anything with SMARTFARES. I couple of friends told me exactly the same and I was next to another person dealing with the same situation and was the same. Disrespectful and frustrating.
As i was still navigation the booking i got a call from the agent who help me through the process with ease. I am happy.
As the title suggests, it was east to find the most direct flight for a good price. Got through the process quickly and so far am happy with the communication I have recieved.
I haven't caught my flight yet, but so far things are working out.
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
