I book standard ticket and I got charged for flexible ticket.I spoke with online chat help they said they can't do anything about.
Only thing they can do is refund and they will charge me 190€.
Left me with no option.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
