On nous demande pas nos numéros de passeports et le numéro de vol est pas officiellement celui qui est par la compagnie d'aviation. Il manque un 0 dans le numéro du vol. Peut-être juste une erreur de système mais j'ai du vérifier avec la compagnie d'aviation pour être certain que mon vol est réservé.

I called to figure out I had not received my confirmation and the man situated the issue quickly and no major issues
Fare wasn't confirmed and asked to call customer service via an email. Not the fault of SmartFares. The follow up is though. Phone rings starts music for a second, transfers and transfers again to a phone ringing that no one answers. Never gets picked up… ever after 15 times and an hour of calling. No answering response either. After calling the regular customer service booking phone number I'm told I can rebook for@$400 more on the line. Decide to rebook the same flight I had originally but now $150 more than the day before but still $250 less than the rep was trying to charge. The confirmation link goes to a an error 404 message while you're waiting- hardly reassuring. Not a company I feel reassured to use again and wont.

In general, it's a good experience, pretty simple and quick. It took only about two hours have the ticket issued. Only glitch I experienced it's that the booking confirmation letter didn't reflect the time zone change and it got me nervous first seeing that my connecting flight in Tokyo will be departing on the same day as I depart from the US, that made me call their service people twice to reconfirm the dates.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
