I got charged for flexible fare. The system not give you the last page to review everything before paying. But after this issue i contact the staff he help me with prompt and solid solution.

Bad, After the payment I had a hidden charge about a "Seats selections" that I never selected. I had to call, send emails, s lot of stressful situations in order to ask for that refund is 120 usd for a couple of seats. After that, I saw several reviews in Google and seems that it is an usual practice from your side. Is kind of a scam.
