Agent was rude and Call was disconnected and never responded back
When I first read the reviews about the website, it got me scared because mostly people said that their bookings were cancelled. So out of concern I called the customer website & I got booking confirmation in next 10 hrs.
Booking my flight was easy. Price was super cheap and the customer service agent was wonderful.
