This was quick and exceptionally easy. I have used your service previously to do a resume and was quite satisfied.
Was led to believe that there was a free trial and was surprised to find out that there was a subscription fee only after going through the process of completing a cover letter. This is something that should be made known up-front that a fee is applicable to be able to print, export, or save the letter.

I wish this site would have told me that I had to make a payment before I started making my cover letter. But a great help over all.
hopefully ill get a job this is the fastest that I can do this thru the computer. I hate this computer stuff but I hope nobody will get my credit card # or nothing further.
This site was advertised as a free cover letter site, but I am asked to pay prior to save my document!
It was a bit difficult trying to figure out what I was doing but over all it was not a bad experience. The price is a bit much for one resume though
The only complaint is that it said free cover letter but then find out I had to pay for it anyway but I don't mind. The cost is worth it. Definitely cheaper than some other sites that charge $110.00
