It's been 8 days and my orders for both pairs of glasses says unfulfilled still! I paid a $#*! ton of $$$ to have these glasses express shipped to me and they're not even fulfilled?!?!?!? Contacted cust service and they're just giving me the runaround. Complete BS.

Can't believe buying on sllac can save me a bundle! I used to spend $300 dollars to buy from my optometrist. But guess what, the glasses I bought from SLLAC only cost me $30! And their quality is great! Can't be more satisfied!

I couldn't find the exact delivery date from the tracking link provided, but the glasses did arrive within their specified shipping timeframe, taking almost 9 days in total. The glasses are qualified and I like them, will using sllac for future purchase.

I was prescribed glasses for the first time in October and I got some through my eye doctor but wanted a second pair just in case I lost the others or forgot them at home. It was really easy to order from their website and they had a great deal so I saved a ton of money. I think I spent less than $20! They had a great promotion going on at the time. The glasses came fairly quickly and are extremely well made. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more soon!

I ordered glasses and did not receive the correct order. Customer service is accusatory and basically tells you its your fault. Then they told me to wear them as they take time getting used to. I've worn glasses my entire life and could not see out of them AT ALL. After sending a copy of my prescription to them all I got was a link to the 14 day return policy. The policy is minus shipping and handling. If you're getting your first discounted pair like I am, shipping is gonna cost about what the glasses did. So you're gonna be out twice the money essentially. Buyers beware.

I was skeptical at first because I had never used a website to purchase glasses before but everything worked out great. This was the cheapest, easiest and quickest way I have ever bought and received my frames. They're perfect and included a case and cleaning cloth. I'm super satisfied with my frames, they have become my favorite pair, I wear them everyday.

Ordering the glasses is an easy process as long as you've got your prescription. Only thing I wish is that they alerted you to let you know if your package was shipped. You kind of have to search the website with your order number to find out.
Other than that, I'm happy with the glasses I've received. A lot of people said they were flimsy but the ones I've gotten don't have that problem.

Unethical business.
Different Color and Wrong Prescription.
I've ordered Black and they've sent me Gold rims. The left lens prescription made me feel off centered and dizzy.
When I asked them for a refund they said they will not refund me my shipping costs.
I will not do business with them again. They have the nerve to ship me the wrong product on my costs and expect me to be okay with it. What kind of business is that? Horrible customer service.
I couldn't post pictures of my receipt and photos of what they've sent.

Every time I want to buy glasses, I go to SLLAC. They get new arrivals every month and I already add lots of styles to my cart. So many beautiful styles and have difficulty to decide to buy which one. HAHAHA
Originally I looked for a number to call but could only find chat and email. The chat feature did not work at all. But the email was available and work so easily. I had a response within a day and got the issue resolved easily.

Glasses came in a timely manner. They are cute, but feel cheap and the ear piece makes my ears itch like crazy! Never had this happen in the 50 years I've worn glasses. Thus, I hardly wear them.
