I used to take my toddler to SkyZone and it was a fun experience for him. However, when I became pregnant, I couldn't jump with him anymore. After having my baby, I still couldn't participate, so I decided to cancel my membership. I went to the front desk to cancel, but they told me the only way was to submit a cancellation request through their website. I followed their instructions and submitted the cancellation online.
Months later, I happened to check my bank statements and realized they were still charging me. I contacted SkyZone, and that's when the nightmare began. For two months, I was given the runaround—endless back-and-forth emails with no resolution. Eventually, after disputing the charges with my bank, SkyZone finally admitted in writing that they had received my cancellation when I submitted it and had been charging me in error.
Despite this admission, they did not apologize, offer any compensation for the hassle, or even promptly refund the incorrect charges. To this day, I am still waiting for my refund.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I warn others against giving this company your credit card information. If you must go, buy one-time credits instead of signing up for a membership. Also, if you've ever had a membership, double-check your accounts to ensure they aren't still charging you without your knowledge. This kind of business practice feels scammy and dishonest. Proceed with caution!
Last week Monday, my boys did not have school and I thought it would be fun to take them and two of their friends to the Tukwila Defy location. We've had fun there in the past, but this time the experience was disappointing. The entry fee has increased, and I paid over $160 for 4 boys. Here is a list of structures that were broken: big green slide, big air jump mat, super trampoline, wall run trampoline, trapeze bar, ninja obstacle course, inflated half spheres on normal obstacle course, and there were holes in the middle of trampolines! So disappointing:(

This girl name Sarah should not work at this place. This place is for kids to play she isn't good with kids she complained that my grandson touched her when he was doing was playing tag he is only 3 years old. And the so called manger Is very rude. I have a video her yelling for no reason first of all you are a little girl second you should never yell at an adult.
Honestly, I am so grateful and show so much gratitude towards this sweet young, very helpful gentlemen named JOHN he was absolutely by far AMAZING he show tremendous diligence, was calm cool and collective and very warming, he truly was a ANGEL in disguise he was working on Jan 15 just to let you know you should be so PROUD to have such an amazing EMPLOYEE work for you in this establishment, if I owned my own company, I would hire him ina heartbeat grasias john hope to see you next year there again adios
My son turned 8 last weekend and wanted a Skyzone party. You have to pay for a minimum of 10 guests, and if you want to be able to bring a birthday cake without an extra charge, you need to pay for a 2nd tier party...so $34 per kid. You get 1 hour of jumping and a pair of socks per kid and 1 hour in a room with pizza/drinks...and you can being your own cake. We went at 10am in the morning (so they had only been open for an hour, and there weren't loads.of kids there yet) and thr place was trashed...like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The boys bathroom was out of service, both toilets had 5 lbs of tp flowing out. It's the only boys bathroom and was unusable. The manager on duty said "yeah, we called jn a ticket" and shrugged it off. They had the new SUICIDE SQUAD movie playing on the big screen. It's rated R for gore and violence. The average age of children in the building were 8 and under, soooo why was this appropriate? When we wanted to purchase bottles of water, we had to seek out an employee to help us, as there were 4 standing/talking in the consessons area, but didn't pay attention when you asked for help. There were another several employees hanging out looking at their phones behind the (empty) front desks. When we got to our room, my husband noticed that the floors were sticky, and there was crap all over the floors. When I left, when the weekend manager asked for my payment, there was a used tissue on the credit card holder. 2 if the kids didn't show up. She mentioned that I still needed to pay for 10 kids even though 2 didn't show up, and I said that's OK, but can I have the 2 pairs of socks (we have a trampoline at home) she said no. "That's not how it works". I said "But I paid for 10 children and socks were included, right?" She said "Yes, but you don't get the socks for absent children" so we had to pay for them, but didn't get them. I then mentioned the bathrooms and other issues and she laughed. LAUGHED. We had been kind the entire time, had only mentioned alm the issues to eachother and not bothered anyone until we were exiting and she was so rude. We will never be back. They truly don't care about customers there.
The policy regarding the Access2 card is strange. Parents accompanying children get free access here. Twice, my child with a disability was allowed in for free, but on the third occasion, they said I had to buy a pass. We spent over an hour getting here, feeling disappointed and upset. I kindly request Sky Zone's administration to withdraw from the Access2 program to avoid misleading people. You're not providing any real assistance to children with disabilities, so participating in the Access2 program is deceptive.
The manager showed me an internal email that said that children with disabilities do not have free access, only accompanying parents who already have free access.
I love that there are so many places to play from. Also the big slide is fun, too. All of them are amazing and are more than fun. Thanks for letting us be here!
Adriaan was help nice to my son help my kid do a flip thank you my Logan love it your keep going all the time
As representatives of Sky Zone, some of the managers and staff's behavior and demeanor are egregious.
A staff member threaten to hit my husband and I with a broom.
I I used to have a membership there but as of today it is canceled forever. Over the last two years, I have watched them slowly but consistently reduce their standards to make the place less fun for the kids. A couple months ago, they decided to install a play structure that is designed for children who are about 10 or 11 years old and under but not allow anyone over the age of four to play on it. Today they decided they were playing games with the money and when the manager who was horrific realized she had lost a battle of wills with me, she yelled that our guest who is covered by the membership was not allowed to go. It seems, the only thing they now want to do is rip you off and make sure your kids don't have fun. Going to this place is a big mistake.
BEWARE! We purchased tickets online, and after waiting in line for 15+ minutes, were told that the location was at capacity. They were unable to refund our tickets, and gave us an email instead to ask for a refund. It's been three weeks, multiple emails, and no response. Now having to formally dispute through our bank - what a hassle! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We finally made it to this place after driving by it for years. First off, we bought our tickets online and signed our waiver online ahead of time… got there and couldn't even get to the check in counter for our bracelets for 25 minutes. The place was packed! The main trampoline was broken so hundreds of kids were squished using all
Of the other activities. Kids were rude, there was absolutely NO rules being enforcement because every(if there were any) staff member is maybe 16 years old, kids were cutting lines and staying in the foam pits not allowing other kids to jump. Very very unsafe with little kids running in front of big kids while doing tricks and literally No Staff to help out.
Wow!
We'll never give them our time or money. And parents were OK with this! Wow …
This place should be shut down! Staff is rude and standing around doing nothing! Everything was filthy including the restrooms. Over used foam squares that have not been replaced in a while. Unsafe stairways. Snack bar was empty and broken soda machines. I will never come back to place. Don't waste your money on this place!
We had a party here and the call center didn't book the party at the store. After 20 mins of waiting at check in someone finally explained that to me. They let the kids jump but told us to come back and check the kids in. Only every time we went to the party side no one was there. 6:50 rolls around, we have no party host, the room has nothing in it. I have several pictures and videos of the manager Eric James doing absolutely nothing all night. We had to search for him over and over. Our pizza wasn't brought to us until 7:24. The manager (who did nothing all night) had the police come tell us we had to leave at 7:56. Now the manager wants to do his job but is in the party room laughing. I told him to look at the birthday girl crying because of him and he's in there laughing. My nieces were using the bathroom and their male employees were chasing female employees into the female bathroom, is that not sexual harassment?
I call the general manager on 12/24/22. She never called me back about anything.
I call her on 1/3/23 and she tells me she submitted everything to the owners but our stories didn't match up. When I asked her which part she said "ma'am you were mad the whole night. You're on camera chasing the manager down he wasn't you party host" So I ask " Why wouldn't I get the manager if I have no party host? Who was my party host?"
So she decides that shes going to refund my money but "won't speak to me and me and my family are no longer welcome there"
And her (her:!being the General Manager named Leanne) reasoning again is I'm mad. Well ma'am maybe you should put yourself in my shoes because at $440 there should have been more than one nice employee. Now all a sudden Leanne don't have a boss. You don't have to worry about the thousands of dollars my family spends yearly at your establishment Leanne.
Horrible dirty place for kids, overpriced, they are not holding the customer service level they should with the consumer's spending ( ticket, shirt, socks, water) you end up leaving $50 for a kid and get a horrible, rude, disrespectful customer service, one cashier is biting his nails mean time touching the shirts and papers with his wet fingers, another one is talking to others instead of helping the person in front of them... the manager, Selina or Sirena, rude and yelling at people. It's a chaos and a mess overall.

I have a middle schooler who has really enjoyed going to Skyzone with friends the last 2 months. Kids her age in our area love to hang out at the Glow Nights on Friday and Saturdays. We purchased her a 6 month pass since she goes weekly. They have several pass options and they are decently priced. It a great place for the whole family to have fun and be active. Weekends can get busy because of birthday parties. Weekdays after school are a perfect time to jump and not busy at all. They have two dodgeball trampoline areas, a jump area, basketball and a foam pit. There are concessions such as icees, sodas, dip n dots or chips and pass holders get discounts. The music they play is good and they have something for just about every age. There are special toddler age jump times with characters like Paw Patrol. They also have a sky fit class for adults. I like that the pass holders also have perks. This months perk, pass holders could get friends in to jump at discounted prices. My daughter also had a birthday party here several years ago and they take care of everything. All we had to bring was the cake. Parties here are a big hit with the kids and does not disappoint. If you plan to go more than once, I highly suggest looking into the passes. Just some tips: Make sure to keep your sky socks because you can wear them again. If you don't wear a white t shirt to glow night they will make you purchase a neon Skyzone shirt. Definitely recommend Skyzone for family fun!
Skyzone began advertising in the Scranton-Wilkesbarre area about a month or so ago. I wanted to book a party for my child as soon as I could. Her 10th birthday was in Sept. But she wanted to wait until they were opened.
I e-mailed them according to their website. I received an e-mail back stating that some one would get back to me.
While at a recent party for another child we spoke about parties. The mother told me that she had already scheduled her child's party at skyzone for the middle of October. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me.
I called ADVENTUREZONE and scheduled the party there instead. It was great.
I'll be sure to tell everyone I see about my adventure with SKYZONE. I'll also let you know if I ever hear from them like they told me I would.
ADVENTUREZONE IN NE PA. MAY JUST BE ANOTHER SCAM! WE'LL SEE.
