I booked a flight on Skscanner which was booked by their partners BudgetAir, they took my money out of my account and sent me an email saying I'm not booked on the flight because the price went up, so I need to pay them an extra XXXX to get on the flight. I called Qatar Airlines directly, and they tell me I am booked on the flight but they have not received payment for it. I'm lost as to what to do. This is my trip for Christmas, I cant afford to book another flight. They are robbing innocent customers & making them suffer. I am disappointed that this company is on Skyscanner. HELP... THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPEN!
I managed to find a flight to Japan at almost half the normal price when a friend re-directed me to Skyscanner. So far so good! I will definitely be continuing to use this site.
The companies that skyscanner is cooperate are not to be trusted. Do not lose money on this companies.
Wonderful app that is so easy to navigate and book your travel needs. Very reasonable prices. And the fact that there is an app is perfect.
They sometimes gives glitches in the prices. Once I booked my flight for manchestor when I proceed for final payment the fare got changed suddenly.
Skyscanner just directed me to another website called Kiss&Fly, which is definitely the worst website I have ever used, I will never use it again.
Best websites to find the cheapes flights, super fast, user friendly and most important it makes you save a lot of money.
It's my go to site to find airfares. Although, bear in mind that they only aggregate and collect info from all these different 3rd parties. So you have to research about each third party you're thinking about booking the fight from (e.g. Expedia, travel2be, tripsta etc etc). Some are better than others. Overall, SkyScanner is awesome!
I try skyscanner very easy to use, it always provide fmfind lots of quote from different airline ot enables me to compare the pricing easily
I use their app and website and never had problems in finding my flights fare. I will highly recommend skyscanner if you are a deal hunter like me.
