First off, business class travelers at large do not like to take three layovers to get there. With all the problems of travel since Covid, Delays and missed flights happen more. What happens when you miss a business class flight? You're re-booked in coach. What does SkyLux do for you in that case? Give you a discount on a future flight WITH THEM. But what if you don't want to book with them again? What if you paid extra for their INSURANCE (THIS IS A RIP OFF, DON'T DO IT) - Nope, you're booked on a lower class airline and stuck in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Something you paid thousands of dollars for with no way to get your money back. And what happens if you get COVID while traveling... well, let me tell you from experience. THEY CHARGE YOU for any flight upcharge needed for your flight home, even when you purchased their "INSURANCE" - I'm so utterly disappointed. The few hundred bucks I saved on this flight wasn't worth it. Booking direct the next time. PS... this site would not let me upload images of my proof of purchase.

Beware of Skylux, this company's agents are only interested in selling you tickets so they can make their commissions. They will tell you what you want to hear and then deliver something else. But once you have paid for your ticket, you are on your own! You will never hear back from the agent that sold you the ticket if there is a problem.
They push you to buy travel protection, but in my case it didn't help at all! I am out 10K for 2 Business Class tickets purchased July 31st 2022 for a travel date of Aug 2d. I was supposed to travel on Lufthansa but ended up being on Concord, another company who borrows Lufthansa old planes to sell seats at cheaper rate.
Trisha Sau the agent totally misrepresented the tickets she sold me.
When I arrived at the airport, agents at the Concord counter informed me that the flight was delayed 1 hour, i was told that it was ok to come back later and check in. I stepped away 30 minutes and when I returned the counter was closed and all agents were gone. I called Skylux for help, I was told by the agent who sold me the ticket, that there was nothing she could do now, because I was considered a NO Show. Never mind travel protection! I literally begged her to help me, and to put me on an other flight. Her response was that she couldn't do anything because it was no longer in her hands. I have called her several times since but nobody has returned my calls, I sent an email to her supervisor, he too didn't respond, and since then "my" agent has disappeared. This company is run by incompetent agents, you can't speak with anyone in management, there no customer service follow up or resolution department where you can actually expect to be heard and helped. You have no recourse but to go legal.
