My first experience with SkyLux was very, very good... service was exceptionally great, no pressure to buy, several choices, best schedule available to us, lowest prices by a $1000. 00, and we are flying Business Class!

Mission Accomplished

Our agent, Melinda was with us all the way, this covid journey started in November last year with all sorts of apprehension as to wether
Our planned trip would ever take place. It's looking better every day and we hope it stays that way. Melinda was great and very patience.

I have been my own travel planner for years. Sometimes it just doesn't want to come together. A friend of ours turned us on to Jake at SkyLux Travel. He is our travel angel! He can do just about anything... and we save money. So I don't know what some of these negative reviews are about, but that is not our experience. All good, grateful for the connection.

Bought tickets to Barcelona. The day before our flight we were downgraded to coach. My husband is a Vietnam Vet and is 100% disabled and requires at the very least an aisle seat in coach. They gave us seats in the middle of the row and gave us no other options. On June 2, I requested a refund as I was very unhappy. It is now August 30. I am still waiting for my refund. AND I have been told by skylux that we will get a whopping $137 each for our inconvenience. I would NOT use this service ever again.

RESOLVED ISSUE
April 7, 2021

This review is an update of a previous one from six or more months ago. The issue reported in that email has FIVALLY been resolved. We received our total credit from a flight booked over a year ago. While it took some effort on my part, the company recognized the issue and made it right. Thank you.

Beware
May 26, 2020

Booked business three different trips w skyluxtravel. First was excellent. Second was fine. Third was a nightmare. I have been trying since the end of Feb when my single $6720 business class flight had to be cancelled because of COVID 19. Despite numerous calls, emails contact w customer service. I have yet to receive either a credit with the airline or a refund. The airline requires that bookings made through travel agents must be dealt with through the travel agency. I do not customarily write reviews but I am desperate.

First time using - and i was curious to know how good the service would be (as it was an advert that popped up -at the same time i was looking for flight options!). Having flown many times, and used travel agencies in the past, am aware of what service(s) should be included. My contact was prompt in reaching out when i went on their website for a quote - and within an hour, i had several proposals and prices to work on - this was for multi leg international flight. Within 2hours, i had booked 6 flights, in 4 countries, and kept in budget. Certainly, would use again.

My wife and I have used Henry at Skylux for all our personal travel over the past several years. Each time we make plans, Henry brings them to life with highly responsive service and quality options. The flight costs are exceptionally competitive for the class of service offered--and you receive what is advertised. We went to the island of Naxos and Greece in September 2019 and had perfect flights. As someone who travels for a living, I can tell you to relax and book with confidence. Ask for Henry.

15 minutes to book and was sold out
June 28, 2023

I was given a quote and the agent told me that there is only one seat and I should book it immediately. I just wanted to decide and called back with in 15 minutes. The agent said it was sold out. One of my friends recommended this site as SkyLux will give a 24 hr time to book.
Not sure what happened but I booked on another flight with available options. Anyway the price is lower by about $200 compared to the airline website.

I called today after seeing an add with " Save 77% " on business class travel.
I was pricing a simple roundtrip from the US to the UK. They quoted me $3795. Price directly from the airline is $3865. Not going through a consolidator to save $70

Skylux was great to work with on our tickets for our fall trip. They were able to get us great seats for a better price than listed. It's not a bunch of different airlines that potentially could leave us stranded. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Personalized attention appreciated

I was really looking forward to saving a good bit of money with this website however I think it is hit or miss. Sometimes they have access to discounted tickets that may involve suboptimal itineraries. In my case, I was flying Atlanta to Bangkok and I found a better deal on Expedia. It is worth checking out to see if they can get you a good deal but there is no guarantee. It also took two days to get ticketed after paying for the airline tickets. I will say that the customer service was excellent however.

I have been a customer of SkyLux now for a little while. While other websites/services offer lower prices, they never match SkyLux. I like how the purchases are handled, I like that the agents know my history and try to be accommodating. I do enjoy the loyalty discount on top of the fares they offer. I tend to purchase way in advance and it has worked well for me. I have been able to secure business fares on KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, Singapore well under $3,000 per person. Thank you. This is the only discount vendor I would do business with. They pay attention and follow through, no pushy sales tactics.
