SKYLUX Travel

Amadeo has been our travel consultant for international business class tickets for a few years now. We are very pleased with what he provides us. I would rate this company (and especially Amadeo) as A-1!

I was able to find business class tickets for way cheaper than what the other travel or airline websites were showing. Marvin did an excellent job following up with me and ensuring I got convenient flights. Skylux has definitely earned a customer for life.

While selling the tickets they were prompt with their responses and now that they have overcharged us and have to give back the refund, there is no response. The lady Blaire has a different excuse each time she doesn't pick up the call. We are seriously considering this company might be fraud one. Please fond someone else to book your travel.

I had never used Skylux before, and of course was skeptical. However, I hate booking international flights, oh, and try using miles and the airlines treat you like a poacher trying to get a free ride. How quickly they forget that you have been using their credit card, paying thousands of dollars and "earning" miles. So, I tried Skylux, and even though I was still unable to use miles, the fare was a decent price, and better than what the airline agent could give me. Douglas was SO patient with me while going through the process as I was typing everything into place. I'm sure he answered a few of my same questions twice, maybe three times, but I was able to complete the transaction. The trip is a few months out, but I don't foresee any issues at this time.

He's a great guy and found me the best flights for less money! Gotta love the guy!

I'm flying out of Palm Springs Airport and the airlines rip everyone off! They maintain that we're a small, out of the way, airport -yeah right. Just not enough complaint volume to force their greed to a more reasonable level!

But, I stray... SEAN was agent and he is great. He searches and searches until he finds the right flights at the right prices. Sean offers insight and direction as well.
He is inventive in combining trips to lower costs and lessen flight times.

We were referred to Skylux by a local friend who has used them for years very happily. I went online and saw good reviews from actual users and lots of doubt and alarm from non-users. We took the plunge on a trip for 4 to Rome, with an added week detour to Beirut. The process was great and our agent was incredible responsive. One tip--if your are 4 or more, start early to get the best flight choices. In early April, we had to move dates just a bit for late september flights. Had we started two weeks earlier, it would have been a cinch.

Amir is very courteous and helpful. He tried his level best to provide me the most economical airline ticket.

Thanks to Camilla, our Skylux experience was like having an expert travel agent friend make our arrangements! My wife and I have been traveling from Florida to Thailand for more than 25 years. This is a difficult route, with 26-32 hours in transit. In the past, I booked all our fares using Expedia, Booking, Kayak, SkyScanner, etc. This year, we decided to treat ourselves to business class, so I began my search and also wanted to give Skylux a try.

Within minutes of submitting our online form, Camilla called us. Over the afternoon, she patiently and expertly helped us explore our travel options. She's an excellent planner, and the experience reminded me of the "old days" (1980s-1990s) when there really were professional travel agents!

By the end of the day, she found a perfect itinerary on a preferred carrier, at a price $500 below anything I could find. Furthermore, even the best routes I found online had problems (e.g. Long layovers, and domestic legs of the trip that didn't offer business class, despite higher prices).

Camilla's conscientious service didn't stop with the sale. She secured excellent seat selections and called the next day to review our tickets, and to assure us that she was available for any changes or help we need in the future.

Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. For anyone planning a complex international trip, I highly recommend giving Skylux and its attentive agents a try.

Sean was very patient and worked very hard to get a business class flight to Australia for me! There was a lot of back and forth and changes due to us living through the pandemic, and he remained positive, polite and professional at all times! Good customer service is hard to come by these days and great customer service is near to impossible - Sean was greats and deserves every bit of 5-stars!
