Maverick was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my desires and concerns and explained differences in order to allow me to make choices. He saved me time and money by finding the right route to take me from home to my final destination without my having to book additional transportation. I had my doubts about SKYLUX but so far, I'm impressed with the time and attention I received. I'll have to wait and see if the actual journey is as lovely as he predicts. Fingers crossed.

I called to see if my agent could beat the price and flight that I was thinking about book for a flight to Europe. Our Skylux agent kept looking for better deals and came up with a vastly superior trip for us. He was efficient, fast, and worked hard for us.

Generally ok when you are making your booking but if you have to make a change then you really get to experience the complete lack of customer service. You get all kinds of miss/conflicting information and false promises that the agent knows they will not be able to honor. If the agent that did your booking is not available or out of there working hours then other agents would ask for all the information and then just say that only the agent who booked can help, which took a day or more for them to respond. I can go on and on about the complete lack of customer service. AVOID with a 100 foot pole.

This does not reflect to the agen who help me in my travel plan. It's policy issue. When I purchase business class ticket, I always able to select my seat on each leg of my travel for international flights. This time I was unable to do so because airline (Qatar airways)says it's type of ticket you bought. I didn't have problem with American airline. Qatar is askinge to pay $310 to select seats in business class.

The service representative Toper was precise and explained various options, the pros and cons of each flight. Arranged a good itinerary. Did go through minor problems in getting credit charge charges go through. Very satisfied with the experience.

Anthony was available 24-7 for my travel needs. Traveling in all time zones is generally difficult to get a hold of any other Travel services. However no matter what time zone I was in. Anthony got back to me immediately.

This is a seamless experience. I just have to give Memphis my trip parameters, and he gives me several options to choose from, all at good prices. No reason to shop elsewhere. I have done my due diligence, and always come back to this service in the end.

Silvester was awesome and proactive! I gave him my travel criteria and dates and he gave me multiple options and is always professional when I have questions. Prices are better than what I could find online. The only downside is that I don't get to pick seats until tickets are purchased and there was a bit of hiccup getting bassinet seats with the airline but it's not terrible. Would recommend!
