I called today after seeing an add with " Save 77% " on business class travel.
I was pricing a simple roundtrip from the US to the UK. They quoted me $3795. Price directly from the airline is $3865. Not going through a consolidator to save $70

I was really looking forward to saving a good bit of money with this website however I think it is hit or miss. Sometimes they have access to discounted tickets that may involve suboptimal itineraries. In my case, I was flying Atlanta to Bangkok and I found a better deal on Expedia. It is worth checking out to see if they can get you a good deal but there is no guarantee. It also took two days to get ticketed after paying for the airline tickets. I will say that the customer service was excellent however.

I have been a customer of SkyLux now for a little while. While other websites/services offer lower prices, they never match SkyLux. I like how the purchases are handled, I like that the agents know my history and try to be accommodating. I do enjoy the loyalty discount on top of the fares they offer. I tend to purchase way in advance and it has worked well for me. I have been able to secure business fares on KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, Singapore well under $3,000 per person. Thank you. This is the only discount vendor I would do business with. They pay attention and follow through, no pushy sales tactics.

Troy Larson is an excellent agent. He is extremely competent and a joy to work with. This is the second time I have booked trips with him and he is able to find American Airlines or their partners flights that meet our needs.

When you search they show you very cheap rate for the dates you travel and ask to provide your Name and contact. When they call you, the rates are no where near to what they offered online, They will tell you that is the lowest possible. Then I asked them to give me a date of that price then they just play around, Never have that rate, so it is a scam not a honest business.

Melvin was helping us in booking business class tickets. After sending payment, ticket issuance was delayed by British airways. But he kept us in loop and provided alternate options until tickets were confirmed.

Was fast and to the point. I was looking to travel business class at a reasonable price. I found my ticket at better price than AA..

For most of our interaction Skylux only gave me price options I could find myself on the airline site. There were no special deals on first class -- the 70% off ads must apply to only a very limited number of flights. In the end, though, they had a better price for premium economy than the airline was offering at that time... so we saved a few hundred dollars per ticket. (I could have matched the price on a different airline for slightly less convenient flights.)

Nina is my agent and she does a great job always for myself and my friends.She is always professional and very patience with myself no matter if I have a few changes on certain airlines or flight schedules.I would recommend Nina and SkyLux on any flight I want to schedule. I made my flight reservation late, just a month before departure. I worked with Wesley and he was great. He found a business flight to Zurich from Cleveland that was almost $2,000.00 less than other sites. I had asked for one stop only and the stopover was 10 hours! That was impossible for me because I am 84 years old. He then found a two stop flight that was much better and shorter overall flight. Go to this site and ask for Wesley.

Instead of finding a few great prices in a roundabout itinerary, he kept at it all day until he phoned me back with a flight that matched my criteria, and it was happiness all around! I certainly appreciated Fred B. And will use SkyLux again!
