Your website is hard to work with and there is no phone number on the website to contact customer support, which is frustrating to say the least. I could not log into our account and when I sent for a new password, I did not get a reset message. Other vendors such as digikey, Arrow, mcmaster carr are easy to order on line. Yours is not.

It took a while before goods were delivered

It took a while before goods were delivered. Since I was not in a hurry that didn't pose an issue. However, all cans were heavily dented during transport, which makes them unusable. Hence I can't use the product.

Did not like the fact that one item had an automatic check mark beside two other items listed underneath the item I wanted, and I ended up with both those unwanted items in my cart.

Delta Dart Gliders are thin and pieces break off very easily.

Price was higher than other suppliers but I was happy with single source/same day shipping option.

2/12 items shipped same day
10/12 items shipped second day

Forgot to order air hose so it didn't really matter.

I called when I first ordered to see if I could get a list of recommended parts and pieces needed for first time users.
Help line had no idea.

I haven't actually received the merchandise yet but based on previous purchases from Sky Geek I'm sure it will arrive when they said it will. I did contact Customer Service with a question that was answered quickly, professionally & satisfied my concern.

We were asked for our Sales Tax Certificate by e-mail msg from Stephanie Meyer.
Using a form on the Sky Geek website, a 2014 & 2015 certificates were sent to it.
However, we were never told if those docs were received nor if a exemption was applied to our last purchase, because we didn't receive an updated invoice.
We were told "We've marked this ticket (#*******) as resolved", but when we tried to open that ticket logging in to our account, we not able because your website doesn't recognize it and don't allow us to reset, to receive or to change password.

I have to place a lot of order for co-workers whereas I am not familiar with the products but just order what they put on our internal forms. Your website was very user friendly with the ship to & bill to addresses being different & allowing me to easily enter my company's UPS account info. Nicely done on your part! Seriously!

Easy to navigate, only thing I wish was added was an estimated date of delivery for all the options

Paid for the 2 day shipping on sunday...didn't get it till Thursday. If I didn't find it elsewhere would have been a major issue

Very easy to navigate website

Very easy to navigate website. Super fast checkout with no BS. Shipped right away and received the paint ahead of the delivery date. Also, I used 3 of the 6 cans of zinc chromate primer today on my Grumman aluminum canoe and I'll be using the other 3 cans tomorrow. Great stuff! I'll be back for different paint later on because you have really good prices. Thank you.

Checkout page has programming errors in it

Checkout page has programming errors in it. It kept pointing (red highlights) to the need to fill out the other address fields even though I had the use same address box checked - but the real problem was that I did not check the miniscule little terms and conditions box. I nearly said screw it and went to another website, so I know that you are losing your less persistent customers. I am not mad, I just hope you can fix this so you do not lose business.

You need to ship usps

You need to ship usps. The item I purchased was less than 1 pound and about the size of a deck of cards and the cheapest shipping option was 2 day fed ex for over $25.00. This should have been in a one rate box or envelope for no more than $8.00.

It took a while to get here

It took a while to get here. It didn't ship immediately, and for some reason went to Illinois when it left and arrived in Texas in town six hours apart. What shipper does that? Anyway, had to buy from the local mechanic because the battery took too long to arrive. Last time took two days after I ordered.

Order was placed on 6/5/14, I'm just receiving it today 7/16/14 and still not complete. Previous orders seemed to flow more smoothly and timely. I don't know what the problem was with this one but I'm not impressed with the direction customer service is taking.

After I ordered the item I found it cheaper from another place on line which included free delivery in two days.
I paid $13.00 for shipping and it took almost a week to get the item... Never again unless it's a last resort.

I ordered this Nov
December 11, 2014

I ordered this Nov. 29 and just got it today, Dec. 11. Seems a little long for a simple, lightweight, package. Most of the delay seemed to be in how long it took to get the product off the shelf and into the hands of the carrier.

It's not like it had to be specially produced - the manufacture date is 5/14. Which brings up another point, the shelf life, or expiration date, is 5/15. So, I am robbed of more than half it's life.

Great price and the only place I could find this particular calendar. Looks like a good site for flying enthusiasts.

The only issue I had was that I chose the lowest shipping rate and it was delivered by USPS - they "rolled" it and put it in my mailbox - not the greatest approach for a large calendar. The calendar was not reinforced with extra cardboard for shipping - this would have been good. At least give some info about what to expect based on shipping method chosen.
