The order was place on December 14,2016. It was not shipped until December 21,2016. I just received the order today December 27,2016. This puts me at a disadvantage explaining to my customer why his repair is late.

The initial experience was good

The initial experience was good. Then the books came, incomplete, and one misadvertised. I contacted cs and spoke to a rude lady telling me they don't do exchanges without understanding the situation as explained. Still waiting on primary books and still haven't heard via email or otherwise on expected delivery date.

While this purchase was made on a Sunday, expected that the extra money paid for immediate shipment and overnight delivery would still make for a Tuesday delivery. Delivery did not happen until Wednesday

I have tried calling the customer service team three times today and no one answered. Otherwise the order shipped on time and arrived quickly. Including the MFR paperwork or certification would be useful.

They had the product I needed at the best price on the web. I actually use the aircraft grade anti-corrosion spray on my race car and these guys made sure to get it to me before winter and salt came around. Shipping was surprisingly fast for a chemical product. I will definitely order from SkyGeek again if I need more.

We received some stainless steel wire that we use in the oilfield industry to tie-wire bolts. We like this particular brand. Skygeek offered a very competitive price for this product and it was delivered within a couple of days. I consider product selection, pricing and delivery service a GREAT value.

I looked at this site for the same thing on another computer and it locked me out of ordering. Very effective controls you have, thanks. I had forgotten that I'd put this into a cart already. Hope it's the right stuff. I really liked these ear protectors have had them for greater than20years use them primarily for shooting. I could not figure out what made them yucky, it was the failed ear pads.Thanks for carrying this item.

When looking for a chart, the chart name should be the first word on the ordering line. Also, your final ordering page is too cluttery. Visually distracting to look at. Keep it simple.

This survey email did not say who you are. I order lots of items on the computer and I had to open this message to find out that the questioner was on some charts that I ordered. You really need to spend some time on your web site.

Prices seem excessive

Prices seem excessive. Proof yet to be seen...are the parts going to show? UPDATE: Parts are higher than they should be. Part showed on order then got response of "back ordered". Don't sell stuff you don't have waste of time is very expensive! Re researching parts twice is not recoverable for end user or retailing of parts. Had to cancel part that SKYGEEK did not have after they said they did and then order it over again elsewhere. Bad for business.

Shopping experience has been fine. Adding the $*.** charge for shipping even though you are using your own UPS account doesn't seem like good business. It saves them time and money to not have to deal with it. Yet they are making a profit off you shipping on your UPS account something not right about that. I couldn't in right conscious treat our customers in that manner by adding a extra charge to their shipping costs.

The shipping method if I receive it within this week, or early next week was the best part for only $5.00 with a UPS account!
Price for 1 can was much more reasonable compared to others, or buying directly from 3M through a second company.

I love ordering our specialty fluids from Skygeek. The prices are low and delivery time is always impeccable. My only complaint is that our items always arrive very dented. I have yet to receive an order where the integrity of the container was not compromised.

Somehow, I ended up with 2 Part Number ATS 2882-9-16 Wrenches. I do not need to, and thought I only ordered 1. I will be at Oshkosh next week. Will you be there and possibly allow me to return one of the wrenches for a refund or credit on a new account you could set up?

Our broker received the items, now they are flight to China. We will check the items conditions when received.

Found what I was looking for through a Google search. Found more once I got here. Fairly straight forward filling out checkout forms especially with Google Chrome's autofill. I'm disappointed that priority mail is cheaper than standard mail. I'm disappointed that I paid so much to have something so light weight shipped so fast that could have shipped a lot slower at what should be a lower rate. It just doesn't make sense.

Easy, and decent pricing, even with shipping charges.

Paid for "front of the line" shipping. It was after 3pm EST, so order did not go out same day, but there was no indication that my order would not ship that day. Also, there was no confirmation email from my initial order. Best price around, and fast follow up once i contacted them though.

Website is incompatible with Firefox browser. Shopping cart is empty even after multiple purchases/adding items to cart. Had to download and use a different browser. This just started last year. Have made many purchases before this problem through Skygeek without issue.

Bottom line is that the Yahoo Cart is a pain, and Skygeek appears to be content with ignoring the problem. That being said I'll continue to shop with them because they ship fast and are very price competitive.

Website clunky, esp checkout as price changed/updated during the process, which may have been a one-off for the product I was purchasing. Good price still though. Would be good to have a person to contact rather than all cyber.
