I received my first order from Skygeek.com. It arrived in 2 days (much faster than anticipated). I am very happy with the ease of use of the website, the quality of the product (Airbus headset adapter). I'll definitely be back!

Great overall experience

Great overall experience. I easily found what I came to buy. Ordering and purchasing was quick, clear, and easy. I received my order in a timely fashion and in good condition. Would recommend and if the need arrives would shop here again.

Its easy to navigate, but I added one more item to the invoice and the 5 % discount dropped off. Also, I had to get 4 qts because the 1 gallon was backordered or something, ended up costing me more. Other than that, I will shop here again

I didn't get the best price for the seat belt extender that I needed (for securing an ice chest in the back seat of a 1982 Cessna Skylane), but at least they had it in stock, even though it's considered "obsolete". Their competitor sells the same thing for $20 less.

This purchase would have been rated higher but in trying to procure two items I was instructed to ask for quote on one of the items.
Normally not a problem, but no response was received, so I purchased the 1 item from Skygeek and the second item form another vendor.

The shopping experience was easy and checkout was routine - no complaints. One of the items I ordered was poorly illustrated but I made the purchase based on the product description- turns out it isn't exactly what I want, but that's because I didn't actually know what I really needed. My fault entirely.

Thank you for allowing PayPal payments that is a nice feature for guest. The tool was described correctly and turn-around/shipment was fast. A YouTube reference video on how to use the tool would be great but it is fairly simple to figure it out.

Great, but I would like the assurance that I receive a product with the best expiration date. There was not an option for that. I might get a better date if I placed the order by phone, but there's no guarantee. When purchasing something with a limited shelf-life, you should be able to specify that date.

I can't rate my delivery because I haven't received my product yet but I am patient. More patient than you are to receive my feedback as I am responding to your second request after just placing an order. Price is the same as I found it elsewhere. I wanted to use a coupon code to save money but all my searching just led to other referral sites who claimed to have your coupon, but they didn't and just wanted my information.

I do like your selection of aviation products and I'm sure we will do business again.

I tried to make the 5% off within 10 min time but was too rushed to make sure my order was correct; good idea, but customers feel rushed. My want to consider an if/then approach. Like "if items in cart within 10-min are bought within 1-hr, then 5% discount.

Plenty of shipping options

Plenty of shipping options. Unfortunately, it should not have taken 6 business days to put a small gasket in an envelope and put it in the mail. When any aircraft part is needed, it should be expedited. This will be the last time I use Skygeek!

Checkout was a bit complicated as the checkout form was very "busy" and required checking/double checking. This could be simplified to make it easier.

Order was received in record time and was complete.

Would definitely buy from again, even with the somewhat busy and complicated checkout.

Site doesn't work well

Site doesn't work well. In particular shipping address same as billing address doesn't work. Took about 4 tries to place order due to various problems which had unclear reasons such as didn't check agree to terms box which is hidden way down in the order form.

Entering the credit card number was a problem

Entering the credit card number was a problem. I had to enter it 4 times. Additionally, there was a long delay between the order and shipping. By the time I got it, I got a small quantity from one of our vendors to do the test. The container shipped has not been opened.

Despite several emails to your customer care department nothing was done to correct the wrong parcel information label attached to parcel asking me to pay four times the customs charges that it should have been.

In the end I had to pay customs charges on $350.52 although the price of goods was $96.68
