Great products

Great products. Fair price.
The only real complaint I would have is, that due to an urgent, last minute request from a customer, I ordered on a Thursday afternoon, paid for overnight delivery (very expensive) and didn't receive my order until Monday afternoon - I would have expected a Saturday delivery at the latest, and that would have been fine.
My crew had to scour the region for an acceptable replacement and added significant cost to the job.
I would just like to recommend that Skygeek do better to recognize urgency in a customer's order, when paying a premium for expediting an order, and act accordingly to accommodate, to the extent of their control.

Products and overall shopping was great

Products and overall shopping was great. Just that I ordered the parts on Feb 29, the were shipped on Mar. 8 by next day Post office, and I did not receive until Mar 14. I know the 8 - 15 delay was the Post office's mess-up, but over a week to package the parts for shipment?

Easy to use web site, competitive product with very competitive price, along with quick shipping and minimal delivery time. Much easier than dealing with the local suppliers who do not have comprehensive product listings on their web sites and do not post prices.

The site was easy to navigate, the instructions clear and concise and the items i ordered were reasonably priced. The order arrived in a timely manner and was well-packed and protected. The items received were as advertised and will work perfectly for my project, even though it has nothing to do with their intended use, lol.

I had an odd experience ordering next release charts close to the expiration date with my last order. The result was my order was being delayed until the NEXT cycle (almost 6 months away). I left a detailed message with my order hoping to prevent it this time. I received my order later than expected, but I don't know if that is due to normal order-processing time or because my detailed note prevented further delay. I hope I don't have to keep doing that from now on. I don't know if the system is fixed to prevent that problem from happening.

BAD SERVICE

We are a commercial Machine Shop and have tried 2 times to buy from SkyGeek
With No results both times no product shipped, 4 weeks and still waiting,
Would not recommend to any one.

I ordered 5 of these parts only to find out that 3 were available and shipped to me. I did not want these if I was only going to receive a partial. The website still shows that this part is available, so why did I not get my complete order.

Pretty darn good.Found quality products for a high end restoration
Project I'm getting ready to do and hope the products are better than you find at the local Home Depot or Lowes.

Actually, I over ordered by one can of paint, but if it is as good as I hope I have more than enough uses for

Plan to take it on a test drive when I restore and recondition a high end vintage industrial style lamp
That I will be selling on eBay. Hoping this paint might be an alternative to powder coating which increases
Restoration and selling costs and takes a bite out of the profit margin.

The ordering process was simple and quick.
However, the website indicated ship the next day and I'd receive in the number of days I selected re shipping. It did not arrive on time (it was a gift) and actually was 3 days later than promised.:-(

You guys ROCK! Even if I compare prices, you guys always beat the competition. The only thing that would be nice, it to have a packing list with prices included with the shipment, or at least a choice to have it or not (perhaps a check box during the order) Keep up the great job... I AM impressed!

Bought a tailwheel towbar for my Fairchild 24 (also fits Beech Staggerwing). Lower price than on the manufacturer's site, or other internet aircraft accessory site selling same product from same manufacturer, and quicker delivery. Can't beat that.

Very clear information on the website, order process easy. Arrived within one week (which to Australia is fantastic!) Will be using the Schrader high pressure strut coupler to make a Hydrolastic Suspension pump.

Glad someone on the marine blog recommended you. This product will be used in my Sea Star hydraulic boat steering. The Sea Star fluid is $28.00 per QUART at our local store. I would have bought a gallon from you but the shipping overpowered me. I shouldn't need more than a couple of quarts anyhow.

I have upgraded my review but I still think your shipping is high which is why I still use Spruce for 9/10 purchases. I can usually get their $5.95 USPS Priority on most items, sometime even $3.85 for 1st class if I'm not in a hurry. These savings add up with multiple orders so I have to save $ where I can. I'm sure they eat a little on their shipping/handling but they make up for it by HUGE volume and consistantly low prices. Other than that you guys seem to do a good job and youve got a lot more 'in stock' items than you used to.

Two MIL Spec grounding clamps arrived on time and were excellent! The only change I had to make was to enlarge the cable holes for the larger grounding cable I am using but that's not your fault. Thanks for the great service.

Web order problems...

Web order problems...Hard time inputting credit card number and it would refresh and change the shipping selection each time. Then when the gui came up to get a discount, it disappeared when I clicked on it and there was still more time.

Dhl said it was delivered I never got it

Dhl said it was delivered I never got it. I contacted skygeek they told me it was backordered. 4 weeks went by still nothing I called skygeek and they said the distributor ran out of product so mean while my bank statement shows the money had all ready been taken. I then cancelled,they responded by saying there would be a cancelling fee. Do yourself a favor check the ratings on companies before you buy.

Wanted to change delivery date, but the delivery service wanted to charge $5 for that option, delivery was on a saturday when i was working. Glad it was still sitting there at my front door in the apartment complex.

Originally contacted Piper aircraft in Vero Beach, Florida for this individual part and was told out of stock, but I could buy the whole unit for $487.00 through Aviall...Did a Google search with the part number and found SkyGeek...Got my part for $6. And roughly $7. Shipping...Very happy customer. Next time I will try you guys first...
