My purchase was for a small amount of Mil-Spec hydraulic fluid. Locally I could find no one who would sell me as little as a gallon, (whereas I needed less than a quart). The folks at Sky Geek were fast, and had exactly what I needed for the hydraulic system of my Handicapped accessible van. Thank you, Sky Geek!

The credit card I used for this order had to be cancelled because it was used fraudulently within a couple of days of this order. I'm not accusing you of anything, but I thought you should be aware in case you get other complaints.

I had to create an 'optional' account to ship my item. Not so optional. I tried to call. Website says that you are "here to help" but just got a recording after being on hold for less than a minute for a call back.

Your web sight would not take my UPS or FedEx number. I had to pay for shipping instead of using one of my companies accounts.
When I called customer service for help I was asked to leave a message, this is not what a customer is looking for when they need help.
I do like your sight and your pricing.

The item that I had ordered came with a manufacturing flaw that rendered the item useless upon receipt. I contacted Customer Service the next morning and got a replacement item shipped out within the hour. The website is easy to use and the customer service rep was very helpful in ensuring that my order arrives intact.

I order this item often from Skygeek but the website is not keeping accurate stock. Drop shipping weeks later and charging a higher dollar amount. I have spoken to the reps but the situation stays the same.

I was very happy with the customer service and speed of delivery with my recent order. I needed singular tubes of grease, not a whole case. The price was the lowest anywhere also. I will definately order from sky geek again.

I ordered a mic switch because mine is inoperative. It finally ships to me two weeks after I placed the order. The other part could wait for a month or two, but the mic switch I would have liked to have and install in a more reasonable time-frame.

You guys are the best. Seriously! There should be more site like yours. I bloody hate other website having to signup etc etc. You made it so simple and it was done then and there without any issues. I placed my order online. I added a comment saying that I needed the item to ship that day, UPS Red on our account number. I didn't have to call anyone to follow up on my order at all. It shipped that day, and was delivered the following day. Great overall experience.

The pen works better than we tought it would. It has saved us time and energy that can be better spent elsewhere. Not impressed with the super wide tip. A "fine" version should be available to touch up rack marks left from platers. We are going to experiment with "tip modification" to see if that will give us the desired width without ruining the product itself.

Good service, and prompt to the other side of the world. Excellent!

The only issue was package size, box was identified as a medium box for two very small dimple dies. Thus the postage cost was very high!

For some reason my order was stuck in their system for about a week. Called customer service first but they did not return my call so I called the ordering department. They got the order moving and I received it a week later.

I did an online search to find the item and came to your website. Good price and fair shipping.

No surprises and good service. My order was small, so processing took a few days ( as was explained during the order process). Fine for my purposes. Products were as described, and arrived a day earlier than estimated. Based on my experience, I would recommend, especially for a non-AOG situation.

I was unable to complete the survey without answering all the questions. The above low scores are because I can't accurately rate the questions since the item will not be delivered for at least another week. Therefore, I am unable to rate the delivery time or the product satisfaction.

I am very happy as I finally got the Hysol glue that is almost impossible to purchase in Europe. Unfortunately, the shipping cost is also due to import tax, so the shipment + taxes was more expensive than the mere product. But anyhow, thanks for the excelent service.

This is a little early in the order, I will have a better formed opinion when my order arrives to rate the overall experience. So far, it has been easy to navigate the site and place my order.

My order arrived, as promised and in very good condition. My part was very well packed and was in pristine condition due to the packaging methods. I am very pleased as to price and overall service.
