Never heard of skygeek

Never heard of skygeek - found via google. Best price on part. However multiple problems with shipping: ordered 2nd day fedex on a Sunday night. Part didn't ship until Tuesday. Then part was shipped via UPS (they have delivery problems here which is why I prefer fedex) and was shipped ground. Customer service did try to help, however they do not stock the part and ship from a vendor so they have little control. When package finally did arrive 5 days late it was poorly packed and empty. Had to re-ship another via overnight. Total was 9 days and multiple phone calls to get a part ordered 2nd day because of a deadline. Good price. Good attempts from customer service. But because they don't stock/ship themselves the result is I had a customer down for over a week.

The web store site didn't work the first time

The web store site didn't work the first time. The phones go unanswered. I paid for FedEx 2nd Day and the product wasn't even shipped for three days which brought the weekend into play. Every day cost me more money. Not satisfactory in my opinion.

I placed my order around 1 1/2
February 12, 2014

I placed my order around 1 1/2 - 2 weeks ago and still has not shipped! I paid a fair amount for shipping... Why can the order the is ready and has been ready since I placed the order be shipped and when the other is ready then be shipped? I am working in Afghanistan and it will take another 2.5 weeks to get my order... Which I am in need of to perform my job! Not happy

You had the part I needed at a good price, the picture is helpful in making sure this was the part I needed. Fedex shipping availability is great - I've had a lot better experience with them than other carriers.

It was not clear on the website that the part had to be "special made" and would not be shipped immediately. It was a disappointment for our customer to tell him the repair would be delayed until the part could be made and shipped. Other than that one issue the transaction was satisfactory.

I would have ordered light bulbs but could not confirm that my part number equated to the bulbs in the catalogue. The other items I ordered were a good value and were easily ordered, shipped and received in a timely manner. The package material well protected the items. Would recommend!

My first order was missing a FAR/AIM book

My first order was missing a FAR/AIM book. I emailed cust. Service with order # and product #. And by the time I woke up the next morning I already had an email with the tracking number showing they sent me the second book I had ordered. Very pleased with service and cannot beat the prices anywhere here in HI.

Well packed materials

Well packed materials.
Though I would like to have something to pour the one gallon oil into the plane without it spilling out and that would allow the jug of oil to be turned up higher to get the oil out better.
Delivered punctual and well packaged.

Best place to find the wood handled cotton swabs. I can't find them locally. Although I am not a pilot, this is the best place to get a whole line of items you just can't find anywhere else; at least not with the same ease of ordering.

I ordered this item because your ad said that it was a T handle unit. It is not. It is a product that I could have bought locally for less. It just a normal hammer type tool not at all like your ad shows or says. First, it took a week to get and now, even though it's not what I wanted or what your ad said it was, I have to use it to get the costumer's unit out of my shop so I won't be able to return it. Probably will not order from you again

All I wanted was three 3m sealant tubes. Website stated 5-10 days lead time, no problem with me. Over 3 weeks and the items hadn't shipped yet. I gave this site a shot and it was horrible. I won't consider this site for anything in the future, and I will let my friends know of this hassle.

For a beginner for on-line shopping it was pretty simple. I had to go back a couple of times but had no problems.

The price of the product was great, however I thought the shipping charges were a little extravagant. But I love the product. If I had been a smart shopper, I would have ordered more product to compensate the shipping charges. Live and Learn I say huh?

Had a bit of trouble adding the product to the shopping cart but manage to get around the problem by adding a random product, then adding the product I required, then deleting the random product. Apart from that minor inconvenience the rest of the transaction went very smoothly and the products arrive earlier than stated. Keep up the great service.

Originally the shipping was charged twice as another item I ordered was considered hazardous. I did not realize that I thought it was a bit unfair on the shipping cost. However, upon putting my review on here SkyGeek.com replied and looked into it. They determined the items could be shipped together and refunded me one of the shipping charges. I was very amazed and pleased they looked into from just a review and not even an e-mail sent to them. I have re-rated my review to reflect that. Very happy now!
