It took almost 4 weeks to SHIP my order

It took almost 4 weeks to SHIP my order. I got an email at just over 2 weeks that said it should ship that day. But it didn't ship, then 3 days later I got an email that said it should ship no later than that day. But it didn't ship. Then a week later, today I get an email that it shipped today. It was supposed to be in stock when I ordered it. Get your act together. I'll buy elsewhere next time

Very easy shopping

Very easy shopping. Great service. The only issue I've had is with the 5% discount that is offered (not always). On one occasion the website offered me a 5% immediate discount but it didn't get applied. I contacted customer service and they applied the discount immediately. Shipping costs are a high but that's not just a Skygeek issue! Skygeek provide great service and always have competitive prices in my experience.

I'm not in aviation, but I needed a small amount of valve grinding compound. Skygeek had exactly what I wanted for a terrific price. The ordering process was smooth and easy, and the shipping time was great!

I hope I have more opportunities to order from Skygeek in the future.

The product is good

The product is good. The delivery time was long. Customer service fix the shipping and delivery issues. The calibration certificate that I purchased with the product was delivered in PDF (no objection) but after item was arrived.

Easy and very low prices (but that is because the prices are excluding tax).
Too bad that I missed that there is additional tax and handling cost that needs to be paid during delivery.
That makes shopping at Skygeek less interesting for smaller amounts.
This also delays the delivery with another week (total delivery time was 3 weeks).
If I had knows this sooner I probably wouldn't have shopped at Skygeek.

Please make sure you e-mail a copy of the invoice. I will need it for customs. On my last order the invoice you e-mailed was not the invoice that you sent with the package. Two different company names.

You will have to re-register if you forget your password. So I now have two separate accounts on this site.

Quality of these banners not as good as the two previous banners I purchased/received.
These banners were noticeably wider and the signage was much thinner than the previous banners.

I made a mistake on the initial order and had to return half of the items and reorder the correct ones. The customer support sent me an RMA number and I received a confirmation of credit shortly along with the new items (on a separate order). They also carried part numbers (vibration isolation engine mounts) that Aircraft Spruce does not.

I've said it before, but SkyGeek has the most consistent good deals on everything aviation, plus the option of FedEx shipping which is more reliable and almost always arrives with no damage. Very fast handling by SkyGeek also.

Although this stuff is quite expensive, sky geek had the best price. There web sight is easy to navigate, and ordering is easy, i have ordered aveblend several times in the past and the experience has always been excellent. Do the homework on LencKite it is amazing.I use this in my automobiles lawnmowers,generators
Ect. The small air cooled equipment loves it.

Ordered two parts and one kit
March 18, 2014

Ordered two parts and one kit. The kit was dropped shipped from Georgia and I live in Florida. The two parts arrived from New York three days later, but the drop ship from Georgia has not arrived 9 days later. Called customer service and was told it shipped 4 days ago. Fed Ex picked it up yesterday according to the tracking log. Can't trust them! Probably would not order anymore from Skygeek.

Seems like a good web site and was easy to find the item I needed. The price was great, shipping was quick, item was new but wasn't in a sealed package and had a lot of shelf wear. It worked great when I used it however and is definitely gasoline resistant. It's even resistant to brake cleaner! It's a good size tube and will last a long time.

Unfortunately, the parts I wanted (fuel drains) were not in stock even though the web site said they were. As such, I only received part of my order. By the time I found out the parts were not to be included, the order had been shipped. I now have to find the parts elsewhere which means I will be paying extra shipping. Had I known the parts were not available, I would not have placed the order. Or, if you had asked if I wanted a partial order, I would have cancelled the whole order.

However, you customer service people were courteous and the goods I did receive were good quality at a good price.

Found what I needed... Easy to order and received ahead of delivery date.

I ordered 4 of the Little John urinals, two for me and two for a couple of old buddies. This is a great product and comes in very handy.

You had what I needed and prices were reasonable. One small area of disappointment was finding out some items I orginally ordered turned out to have 6 to 8 week lead time. Had I known that up front I would not have had to make adjustments to my original order. I canceled the long lead items.

Great prices, I would recommend this site to any A&P. Working on older planes with Dzus fasteners require the specific tools needed to install the grommets. Skygeek have the tools for that purpose. Thank you!
