Very easy to use website. The delivery response questionnaire doesn't indicate an order, item, some type of reference to help answer if you received the item ordered. Confusing when multiple items are ordered. Otherwise a good questionnaire process.

Web page is still throwing an error message constantly to the effect that since 'an item had no height or width it would cause an infinite loop'. I was able to get the order through fine despite that.

The overall purchasing experience was great. The only comment I would add is that your standards for putting companies on Terms with Skygeek are not reasonable for small business. Perhaps you can revisit this and set up a different standard for smaller businesses.

I ordered a bayonet lamp to my mom's vanity mirror. This is a little lamp, a GE 55, but we'd be stuck without it! Many thanks that you keep such ancient technology in stock! Packing and delivery time could not have been better. I highly recommend skygeek.com

Good prices, but I would like to see an expanded inventory of common parts, materials and supplies. Any chance you guys could consolidate certified used / rebuilt parts from all the available venders and salvage yards? One stop shopping for the lowest prices sure would be nice.

3 hoods that showed in stock took more than a week to be shipped. Your price wasn't that good after shipping to warrant purchasing anything from you again. I would have had them by now if u ordered from chief.

The item descriptions are not complete enough. Example: Rymplecloth and the other BMS spec similar types. I would have made a bette choice had I been able to tell the difference in your description. Disappointed by that.

Wildly happy--the only Metal (Brass) cleaning product that ever worked. Cleaned a very old railing from the early 20th century so fast. Nothing ever worked. Also Antique candlesticks finally glow.

Overall great site and prices.
Shipping is quite high.
SkyGeek will not inform you that they have partial order or contact you to find out if they can ship incomplete order. You must contact them to find about shipping delays. This flaw puts them a step behind all their competition.
Because of this and the super inflated shipping cost prohibit me from recommending Sky Geek to others.
I will continue my future purchases thru other suppliers i.e. Wag, Chief, Spruce.

Shipping was good; however, one of the air filters was placed in a large zip lock bag, presumably because the filter's plastic wrapper was leaking. No major problem, as I am confident the filter is still good. I'd have given 5 stars for product/service satisfaction had you instead replaced it with a non-leaking original product. Overall, very happy with SkyGeek.

I ordered oil filter adapters for a Cessna 210 and a 172. Great price! Till they arrived. Sky geek's photo clearly showed hoses with the adapter, but when the adapters were sent... no hoses!
When I called and mentioned the hoses were clearly shown in the photo
Kathryn Donahue agreed that was the case, 19 days later still nothing, calls and emails not being returned.

Shipping address, shipping method, tax and total needs to be filled in and calculated before even hinting at running the payment, in my case through my PayPal account. The entire order page blanked out *after* I'd already authorized payment with PayPal and disappeared when I selected the shipping method. Yes, it did redraw the page and update the amount due but that was not even remotely funny.

Had some confusion on shipping costs when I changed the quantity ordered. Would be good if the page showing the cart had an "update" button.
Also, the design of the TCP syringe shipped is inferior to the design shipped a few years ago. The older ones were calibrated in gallons of avgas. The current design is far less useful. It is also less rugged, and we've already have one fall apart.,lastly, being forced to order TCP in quart cans due to inadequate design of the former gallon cans is problematic. Note that this also relates to the shipping packaging, and even the quart cans were dented upon arrival.
Hopefully Sky a Geek can provide this feedback to the manufacturer.

I placed the order for the part I needed and the price seemed reasonable, but it took a week and three emails to get them to realize they had an order- They processed the payment fast enough though.

This company either has issues with the order process, or maybe I "got lucky". (insert cynicism here)
