Need an option for online shopping that includes fed ex priority one "Saturday delivery". Called several times to get someone on the phone that friday but never could get a hold of anyone. Other than that my experience was great.

I like the quick informative website. Did not have to go back and forth searching for info to make a comparison or downloading pdf from other websites. No fluff. The 5% off if purchasing within a time limit was a good idea too. Much appreciated.
My family is using these headsets for the last 7+ years. Small children might wear them out after 5+ years (cables). These are very nice passive headsets with an integrated backup PTT button at a great price.
Best Price I Found And In Stock. However would have appreciated some sort of tracking number to follow the order, as we have a somewhat distant mailbox from the house and don't like to leave items out there too long.

Ordered and paid for two day shipping.four days passed and no ship date,called to cancel,had to pay 15% cancellation fee, not my type of business,! Stay with aircraft spruce, they like customers, and offers service.
Easy to use website. Good prices. Reasonable shipping rates. Unable to reach customer service by phone, only through website. Took 2 days to get response to correct an order. I prefer to deal with vendors in person when problems arise to quickly resolve them rather than play email tag.
So far, I've placed an order. Now, how long will it take for the items to show up at my door? Your prices for these products are actually lower than the manufacturers. Keep up the good work. The products came all the way across the US in a reasonable amount of time. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
Your shipping costs are way out of line. I added a small tube of torque seal to this order (very small tube) and it almost doubled the shipping charges from approx $14 to $28. Actually I originally had a $156 oder, but you quoted $59 shipping. With those rates don't expect me to do much business with you. I'll go back to my old standby - Aircraft spruce.
We have placed many orders with you guys without complaint. This order was placed on 02/17 for overnight delivery with an expected ship date of 02/18. The material did not ship until 02/20 and delivered 02/21. We are now late delivering to our customer. No notification was given of any delay. I would have expected better from you guys based on previous history.
3 weeks delivery?! Ridiculous. I could of driven to the manufacturer several states away in less time. Customer service contact was meh, "we're a little behind due to weather", what's the warehouse out in a field? I'd of preferred Paypal payment option.
You shipped my order on 6/02 by fed-ex the tracking dept. says it will be delivered on 6/21. They could have sent it by a hitchhiker quicker than that. I can't wait that long and have purchased another product locally. A total waste of money.
I will likely order from someone in North Texas and do a onsite pickup. I lose most of the savings on the oil ordered from you in shipping fees. I know that is not your fault, neither is the fact I am in TX.
Maybe a shipping warehouse somewhere closer as a distribution hub would help, but that's a lot to ask

Did not receive confirmation of the order until I called your folks. They were very polite and corrected the situation immediately, but lack of confirmation left me wondering if the order had actually been logged even though payment via PayPal was made. Not sure what happened here and, as said above, it was corrected when I called, but still was a bit unsettling.
It would be nice if coupon and promo codes were listed somewhere on the site. When I called customer service, no one was there to answer the phone, so I was not able to see if a discount could be applied to this order. Other than that, the ordering process was great.
The product did not display correct lead time from website. This made us call customer service who had a hard time answering our questions quickly and correctly. The products eventually shipped but were missing trace documentation/ certifications.
You need help with Customer Service. Seems Alyssa is overwhelmed or not available. Tried to contact customer service 4 times and kept getting kicked out as the message said "Alyssa not available". This occurred on 9/6/2014 in the a.m. Just thought you might want to be aware as this is not good customer service. Also the tracking number supplied to me via email does not match up with any FedEx numbers.

Three orders in the last two months and now three calls to customer service. All relating around their shipping department. First one was damaged sheet aluminum as a direct result of poor packaging. I was able to use some of it so I agreed with customer service to split the cost of the material. Second one was overcharging on shipping because they misjudged the weight on their online ordering software so I stop using sky geek. I rather continue with globalmachinesgenius,where items are carely handled and timely delivered.
Items ordered are shipped 5-7 days after placing order. Plus another 4-5 days in transit if shipped ground. They want you to pay for same day order processing. Look elseware.
DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! This company does not hold any inventory and simply drop ships parts from other suppliers. That's why, when I ordered an item "In Stock", UPS RED Overnight, it didn't arrive until a week and a half later. When you have an aircraft grounded, there is no time to waste with unprofessional companies. When I called, they said their shipping policy allowed for 3-4 business days for "handling". Do you think that they refunded my shipping or allowed me to cancel the order? Of course NOT! We had to locate and repurchase the part somewhere else. Long story short, we lost a customer and we were stuck with the part. We are a part 135 repair station and authorized Cessna service center. Take it from us, buy your aircraft parts elsewhere.
