When I original placed the order, the website showed 5 available in stock. Then I received an email that said the item was on back order for 90 days. I cantacted customer service and left a message and the item was received the following week.
skygeek.com had the best price for the paint sticks we needed for our afterschool science enrichment program and had the quantity we needed in stock. Delivery was on time. I plan to use skygeek.com again.
I was given a discount and had to adjust my quantities and lost my 5 % discount. I know I should have had my quantities correct the first time, but I still want a 5% discount on the order. I also typed a note in my comments on the order. Do not duplicate efforts.
7/31/16 --- I am a buyer and order from Sky Geek periodically, always pleased with service, as far as products, They are sent to a 3rd party for use and I do not know if the products have arrived. Only if they don't. David and Clark headset are quality products and I am sure if they don't I will hear about it.
Thank you!
Skygeek had the exact item I was looking for and it was really easy to buy. I appreciate that I didn't have to request a quote to see the price. It was shipped out even faster than I had expected, which was a great bonus.
I was searching the web and saw your website and I decided to shop with you and the product availability and price were better than the other sites selling this product. I also worked on aircraft, A6E TRAM Intruder, for 18 years. Knowing that you support Aviation brought back good memories.
Everything was great product-wise and transaction-wise, but confusing on the packaging. When I received this email, I searched the numerous packages I have been receiving for this order but could not find it. Finally found it by comparing the FedEx tracking numbers. I had ordered from skygeek.com, email invoice was sent from stylelogisitics.com, and return address on the FedEx label was Wiremaster, Inc.! But, in the end all was resolved. Good shipping times, acceptable pricing, and very good packaging (with the exception of company name confusion)
Checkout process was buggy. User was forced to enter a UPS acct number once that option has been selected (checked), and then cannot navigate away from that option, as a pop up forces the user to enter the acct number.
I Ordered solutions for a project and when I ordered them it was stated that the solutions were in stock but I was notified the next day that the solution was on backorder. That delayed my turnaround time by 1 week.
I know i can always find what I need at Skygeek. It literally only takes me only minutes to find what I need, check out, and print my orders. Most of the time Skygeek is more competitive than some of my big name suppliers.
I placed my order and entered the credit card information and confirmed the order...THEN I got the information that the items were on backorder and would ship at a later date. I find it very frustrating to find out after my payment information is entered and confirmed that the item isn't even in stock and I have to wait. The items I received were in perfect condition and just as described.
My shopping experience met my needs. Observed a software bug after I chose shipping method; first, I entered my name, address, et cetera; then, I chose shipping method; next, my name, address, et cetera were completely deleted, so I had to re-enter the data again. Pleas fix bug!
I have no problems with the product or the online service. The only problem I had was with the delivery time. Even though I chose to use USPS, I thought the time was excessive. I do believe however, that the problem was with the supplier, and not with Skygeek.
Great Web Site and easy to find what I needed.
It just took a little too long to get my order delivered. Order was place on June 8th with a shipping promise of 5 to 8 days but did not get delivery till June 20th without notification for the delay of delivery.
While I noticed that this was a Female owned company if my memory serves me right, I am willing to continue to support them in the furture if they can improve their delivery or notification process.

Pretty Easy. First time user. US Gov't Order. Only Hiccup was FEDEX Shipped it all the way to California, then back to Kansas City. Since it's HAZMAT, that may be their route. Still, it was Delivered by the date stated originally on their website Weds, 28 Dec. This was a positive experience, and I appreciate your support to the National Weather Service.
Easy, quick, PayPal nice...
Hello:
I have used the grease on brass, stop $#*! on the gasoline of a Model T Ford. And have used it on various threads and lead gaskets as an anti-siese compound and lubricant.
=The stop $#*! turn nice and easy. Hopefully they will not leak, (have not fueled up yet). And the threads glide nicely down tight on the lead gasket. Very nice, I am sure of a good seal there.
Thanks!

The whole purchase process was really smoth. Perhaps there should be a little more informatión on the process/time/steps since the order is placed and the package is ready to be picked by the delivery alternative elected.
I've always been pleased with Skygeeks Inventory, pricing, delivery time and ease of navigation on the website. This is the first negative experience I've ever had with this company. I ordered what was described as a Tronair air chuck P/N:H-2016-07. I paid over $92.00 for this air chuck. With the expectation of receiving a tool worthy of a $92.00 price tag. What I received was a tool sold by AMFLO, made in China and retailing on Amazon for less than $10.00. I paid that price exorbitant price, because I need a tire inflating chuck that can handle at least 300 PSI of nitrogen for the aircraft I work on.
You sent no confirmation email with an order number. So then when I inquired about the order, you told me to read the order nuber off the confirmation email you didn't send. I had been feeling less secure about online purchases lately, after haveing really good service. I had a credit card number stolen purchasing one of the top 10 virus software recomendations so when I sent you my credit info and got no confirmation...sweating bullets!
I discovered ACF50 while reading a forum. I ordered a can, used it, and it is incredible. I decided I needed a larger size and found the 32 oz at Skygeek at an unbelievable low price. I ordered two units, which arrived within a few days. Good product, good service.
I am a retired professional pilot. I've bought a lot of pilot supplies.
My major order was the Flightcomm D50 head set. Fair price. In the end and after 3+ weeks not only do I not have my major purchase, but now I'm getting the items I can buy across the counter in most airports in the US.
So the part of the order I needed and wanted I'm not getting (In Stock and Ready to ship), and the part of the order that was a convinces is now late and franking I went ahead and bought the charts about 4 days ago. I finally got to were I needed them.
Thanks For asking and I'm not mad, just very disappointed. The D50 was a good price. I wish I'd have gotten it. RG Tracy
