SKT Themes

I purchased a theme that I hadnt used yet. It says I have 4 downloads left. I was never told it wpouild expire after a year. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me access it. Very unprofessional. He told me I just needed to repurchase the item. It was $50! I took a screenshot of the chat. He accused me of "blackmail" after I told him I was leaving a bad review.

I usually have one or two issues with SKT themes which is normal for any WP theme, the difference is that I contact support & they fix it right away. Shri & Chris are very helpful; I have gotten them to assist me with every site I've designed with their themes. Their themes are very reliable & I exclusively use them now for designing websites for my clients. You can't go wrong with all their themes for $99 + 1 year of support.

No one should ever be asking you for admin access unless you are hiring a reputable web site designer. The theme we purchased did not work. We sent several screen shots and videos showing them their documentation does not match the actual theme which sure enough resulted in them asking for wordpress admin access. Hard pass. Go to a more reputable site like Theme Forest.
Which is basically the themes SKT is ripping off anyway. Just go straight to the source where you will have a chance to get your money back. Very clear that all these 5 star reviews are fake.

Their Newspaper Theme is not the same as Newspaper X, made by another company. No refunds given. Didn't load properly and s/he wanted by admin sign on info to load it for me. Don't think so. Scammy company.

I recently purchased a template from them and had difficulty setting up the theme as well as how to change things.

Brad not only offered free installation but also went ahead and did those changes for me and guided me to documentation.

I have been a customer of other sites but they also don't provide this level of support.

My dealings were with Shri. I paid 300$ for them to make the WP website and then 200$ to add a booking form. They were not particularly fast but I was in no hurry. The communications came with few words from them. As I got more and more into WP I began to realise that the Theme they have made forces you to stick with them. You cannot change their booking form without their input as it is built into their theme. (See Image attached) I have coded HTML before wanted to try WP, which has a difficult but not insurmountable learning curve so when I had queries and problems after the website was uploaded, I had one reply and they offered a video, which did not correspond to the Theme they uploaded. And part of their reply was gobbledygook. (See attached image) I asked again, with what should have been some easy questions for them but instead, I received an email saying they had spent 40 hours on my website (I have my doubts on that) and asked for 400$ more to continue (See attached image). I refused.

I also became aware that if you want certain other functions you have to buy them 50$ a time or more.

I won't ask for a refund as I already know the answer!

I seriously suspect any review that says they offer great support.

I shall now get a WP theme from a reputable company.

Stay away from them.

Good quality themes with multiple options. Great support service as well. Using this services from almost 4 years. Happy and highly recommend

This is my first time using a theme from SKT Themes to create a website. Due to some special requirements I had for components on the website, I needed the help of the SKT Themes support team a few times. Every time I needed help they were super quick to help me, fix my problems and make any changes I wanted.
Not to forget: The theme (Secure Pro) is also great and offers a lot of possibilities for a modern website.

If you order from this company, you need to read the fine print. Some of their themes do not work. They are scam artists making money by making low budget themes without offering refunds. They are not even based in the United States. Buyer beware!

I had just bought the new Panaroma Pro Theme and struggling with something on there what I wanted to change. Posted in there forum and got a quick response from Dave, tried a few things and problem resolved. Very happy with the Theme and support :)

Simple solution to simple problem. Easy way to get started with building your website quickly. Tons of model website styles to choose from. I built mine in half a day.

I don't often have issues with my site theme but on the rare occasion that I do, the support from SKT themes is very quick and easy.

Really Thank You for great support services they will do maximum to adjust their themes. And I think they have really affordable prices to no one will do something like this for this couple of bucks.

Hey ya'll, I've been subscribed to SKT Themes for over 4 years and man let me tell you... EVERY TIME, I hit a bit of a snag on their theme they were there to help same day. You go on their website, go to support forum and create a topic... BOOM, they're there to help you out pretty quickly. They're always coming out with new themes and plugins. I'm so grateful that I stumbled across their product. Two words... GAME CHANGER! Thanks a lot SKT, you all are the best!

I had issue of accessing my themes that I have paid for and I had to contact the support. They answered me instantly and resolved the issue.

I appreciate their great support and lovely themes.

Good theme and very fast support in the forum. I will use their themes again if their support continue as good as is now!

Good quality themes however do check their refund policy they don't provide refunds. However one can ask several questions before the purchase and they are happy to provide free installation, help you with customization and help you through thick and thin for 1 year which is great.

NO INTEGRITY. An update was available for our pro theme, Business Consultant, during our paid year of support. The update was not pushed out to Wordpress, and we did not know about it until after our year expired. We are having problems with the theme and decided to make sure we had the latest update. When we realized an update was released a month before our subscription expired, we asked multiple times to receive the update. They will only do so if we resubscribe for another year. Why would we do that if we didn't get what we paid for the first time? UNFAIR. NO INTEGRITY. WISH SKT THE WORST.

Their reply to this review claims that updates are sent monthly and that I requested help with a broken site after my subscription expired. Both claims are false. I was troubleshooting on my own when I discovered there had been an update during my subscription period. And I only asked for the update that had been available that I missed during that time period... not for help with a broken site. Will share screen shots of my emails if I can in this update.

9/28/2021 UPDATE
SKT Support sent an email questioning my integrity because I had not removed this review after they finally provided the theme update that had been available during my subscription period. My response attached, but I said, "Thanks for the reminder. Integrity on my part makes it important that others see exactly how you handled your customer. So, I will update my reviews to reflect that you finally provided the update that was available before my subscription expired. But, your statement that I asked you to fix a broken site was a lie, and you didn't decide to do the right thing until I wrote the reviews. That's unfortunate and people need to know how you treat your customers. I'll update my reviews today. I hope you do better for others in the future."

I'm not even mad. Just want people to realize what they may get from SKT.

I am using SKTTHEMES for more than 1 year. I faced some technical issues and contacted the support team. And I feel blessed to have such type of forum support. They guided me whenever I needed help. They surprisingly provide all time assistance for their clients. I will rate them 5 out of 5 not only because of forum supports but also the features they provided at minimum cost. Therefore I extremely recommend you all to prefer themes from SKT.

Easy to work with, fast reply.it seems like we had everything in place within a week. We have 3 sites, we built 1 ourselves and it took many man hours.
