I had ordered garden furniture, seduced by their attractive site and their beautiful photos. Unfortunately, upon receipt, one of the feet was defective, making the product unusable. A huge disappointment considering the price and my expectations. After a few weeks of use, the sofa leg broke. When I contacted their customer service to report the issue, they informed me that they could not replace the defective foot. Their solution? Offer me another product, which did not correspond at all to what I had ordered! I refused, as I simply wanted my garden furniture repaired or replaced. Then their final response was even more disconcerting: they asked me to return everything, including the undamaged parts. Can you imagine? After assembling and unpacking everything, they forced me to dismantle and repack everything perfectly, without any consideration for the time and effort required. Ultimately, after my refusal of their solution, SKLUM closed the incident, without repair or real effort to resolve the problem. I paid for an unusable product and found myself with a dispute abandoned by their team.
I have ordered so many furniture items from this company and from what I have received so far the quality has been amazing BUT the service has been nothing other than annoying!
EVERY order I have placed this year has been delayed. My last order that I made in August has been delayed twice and is only coming in December. It was suppose to be delivered in September!
These delays are such a disappointment for this company.
Ordered 4 dining room chairs on August 4, which arrived in good condition and as promised. However, after only 2,5 months, one of the seats had started showing holes - simply from sitting on it. I then contacted Sklum, which is an ordeal in and of itself - their website is incredibly vague about contact options. Sklum's response is that I must have caused the damage myself by misusing the chair, which is absolutely not true. They refuse to either give a replacement or refund my money.
The product is simply very cheaply made. I would think the customer is right unless proven otherwise. I'll never again buy something from Sklum and recommend everyone to avoid them.
I have an awful experience with this online shop. They sent me 6 not stable dining chairs and two of them were even broken. I contacted them at once, informed them that the delivered product is defective, and sent all photos and evidence. Almost a month later I am still waiting for them to pick them up and for my refund. They seem to be biding time with the answer as they keep asking me for more evidence. I agree with a previous reviewer that Sklum violates customers' rights, avoiding all policy return information!

I ordered from Sklum expecting a service that would match the offer of the product.
Apart from it taking longer than the time frame stated on the website; Sklum neglects to inform the purchaser that the delivery service, *of their choice*, will drop off a 240kg cupboard and will NOT help you carry it upstairs.
This lead to me having to hire a lift, which cost an extra €100.
I will never order here again.
Oh - and Nevermind trying to get hold of the customer service number, it doesn't exist.
I ordered a set of plates on the 3rd of May 2022, although they mentioned that it will be delivered in June as they didn't have stock at the moment. However it wasn't delivered, and they kept pushing the delivery dates- from 11/06 to 05/07 to 04/08 to 28/08. After reaching out to customer service in August, who assured me that the plates were in stock and would be sent, I received another email after the supposed dispatch date claiming that they didn't have stock again. The thing is, they just keep pushing you around. My advise, DO NOT purchase anything from this store. Just runnnnnn away
Worse delivery that I had in my life.
Start with the fact that the delivery man didn't want to carry our new sofa to the flat and we had to carry it!.
The worse part is that the delivery man throw away 2x2M wood pallets (like in a construction site) Infront of our building door because "he didn't had a room for it"

Bought very nice garden chairs last May and one has already broken. They are described as for EXTERNAL use. One broke in 2 places due to faults in the timber. When I alerted rhe company they lie and say the description says they should be protected from bad weather. I check the website and the description says NOTHING about protection from weather. What's more the chairs are protected from direct weather from an overhang over our terrace! When I complain they tell me the damage is not covered under guarantee as these pieces of GARDEN furniture are outside! I have spent 2 weeks trying to get them to replace a 170 euro chair that they sold me faulty!. Order no CVTZOESTK
Totally unresponsive scammers! I placed an order on 20 December. At the time of ordering all the products except one were listed ¨In Stock, shipping in 48h-72h¨ and one ¨In Stock, shipping in 6/7 days¨. Well, nothing has shipped yet. So I messaged them three days ago to follow up on the order and expected shipping date and they can´t even respond to my message, which I can see was received as it´s viewable on the Messages section of the order.
The Sklum website looks nice with some lovely products but do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on these scammers!

This is the worst company. I ordered the Menfis Teak TV Stand. The first one was damaged and I returned it for an exchange. The second also arrive damaged and I tried to return it. Damaged so badly it couldn't be put together.
First customer service is only available on Monday 9-4 and Friday 9-2. I received it on Friday at 8pm. The following Monday was a holiday and customer service was closed. So the first time I could call was the following Friday. I also emailed and tried to do the online return which wouldn't work.
When I called on the following Friday they refused to take the return.
When I posted a review saying so they said that it was my fault for not returning during the 48 hour window.
I tried every way to contact with no availability since the customer service option is only available on certain days and if it is on a holiday you can't contact.
This company is the worst.
Now I have a broken piece of furniture that I paid 269 Euro for.

JUST PLEASE DONT EVER ORDER FROM SKLUM! I have never been this disappointed in my life! We bought a sofa from SKLUM (reference IIXMFXZBB) and not only did the base turn up broken but the sofa itself is made out of a material that makes it impossible to clean.
The white cushions are (for some reason) filled with pink filling. When I tried to clean a tiny spot it turned into a huge pink/green spot because the colour of the filling simply seeps trough - no chance cleaning it as it would only make the pink colour spread further.
I have been trying to settle this with SKLUM since November and have spent four months of my life chasing a company that clearly doesn't care if it stays in business or not!
They keep promising me a refund but never actually send me the return label. We have called them multiple times just to remind them about this, but nothing ever happens. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Bought a cupboard/shelf, it arrived Oct 21, but came without instructions. I contacted their Customer Service via Chat, and they said they had to contact the manufacturer and would send me the instructions in 10 days. 10 days passed and - NOTHING! I tried to Chat with them again but the chat button is no longer there, so I filled out a contact form and no response. I then sent an email to them, which they received because they said "we will forward this to our team." It is now Dec 7 and I still do not have instructions on how to put together this item! NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN! TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE THEM! It's a shame because they have nice stuff.
One of the cabinets I bought arrived broken. I sent photos and started the process to get it returned. It took a month to hear back that my return was accepted. Their guarantee is 14 days for returns, but with the covid situation I believe we can be flexible. Eventually I had to set up the broken furniture as I had nowhere to put my plates, and in a phone call I have recorded, they acknowledged that due to the wait that was a perfectly reasonable thing to do. A month later, I got on touch with them to find out why it was taking so long and they asked for pictures of it set up and with the hole so they could find a solution. It turns out, despite them assuring me that the claim was accepted and that I could set it up, they're denying my claim saying that as its set up they're no longer responsible. So, they purposely deceived me in order to make me unable to return it. I spent 350 euros on a cabinet that has a massive hole in the side. I will continue to follow through as they go against EU consumer protection laws.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD TO ENCOUNTER EVER. The wrong sofa was delivered to me in the beginning of January. I had to pay to external service to get it delivered to the flat, as sklum only delivers to the door of the house. When I realized it was a wrong item, they said they'll call the logistics company to pick it up... then they said it 7 times more for every email I ever sent. Not a single time was I contacted by the logistics company. Moreover, it would only be picked up from the door downstairs, which for me ( girl living alone) would mean I have to pay again for someone to bring it downstairs for something I didn't want and was not my fault! So i would pay twice for having a huge ugly box laying in my flat for almost two months now with shorty service and no guarantees that it will be picked up at all. At that point I just want to get rid of the thing and get my money back!
Theres so much wrong with this shop it is beyond expression.
