Very disappointing experience. The videos on their website look like genuine people. I was looking forward to getting the extra value kit for my daughter to try for teenage acne.
My order was taken and my $131.25 was taken by the company straight away.
However when I opened the package received from the company, which is based in Australia, only half of the order was included - Cleanser, and moisturiser worth full price of $22.95 each - $45.90. A generic letter was in the parcel saying that they apologized, but they were out of stock of the Extra Strength tablets and would send them when available. I had no prior warning that they were out of stock - not even an email was sent.
I was not happy with this, as no where on the website had they advised they were out of stock. The letter sent with the items I got was dated before they took my order and payment. Also even after this time their website still had no notification that they were out of stock.
I sent a complaint letter to the company and spoke to them on the phone. They gave me a partial refund of $44.95 which they advised was the value of the tablets in the discounted kit. They also advised I would still be sent tablets when available in about 10 days from 1 November. I have still not been sent any tablets. I have today requested further refund of the difference between the cost of the 2 items I have received $45.90 plus the partial refund $44.95 and what I paid for the "kit" which will be a further $40.40.

I would not recommend buying these products from the online store. They do not update the website and still take money when products are unavailable. I do not know whether the products actually work as we have not been sent the full "Kit"to try, and it seemed counterproductive to use part of the program without the other part.

It was unfortunate that our SkinB5 Extra Strength Tablets were temporarily out of stock (we now have plenty of stock!), but we are also very excited about the unprecedented global demands for SkinB5, it is a strong testament that SkinB5 works!
