Don't waste your money on this company.
I purchased the Project Theme in 2020 and found the quality of software is terribly bad and there is no support. It has a lot of bugs, incomplete coding, vulnerabilities, leakage of private information, with a lot of design loophole. I raised tickets. They either found excuse not to fix it or they are totally not able to understand the issues. I asked the progress of the ticket in live chat. They always reply they will update me in a few hours. But promises never come true. When I wrote comment in another site, they replied my comment "all the minor problem and has been fixed as they have a few updates per month". But this is not the true story (they haven't confirmed with me what has been fixed. I retested it and found fixed about 2 minor issues for me from a long list of issues.). Don't trust this company.

The best themes ever. Their auction theme is the best, and has the best functions and features for launching a true auction website. Good job to Andrew and the team
Amazing support and they helped me to import demo data. I had a lot of headaches with importing the demo data, until I contacted the support, they helped me literally in 15 mins via the live chat. Thanks

Thanks for all your hard work! The customer is very happy with the customization work that you did for us. We put about 30 hrs in past month of customisation work with sitemile, and the customer was very happy with this auction website. We will def come for phase two starting January 2021 once the site is released to the public. All in all the experience was very good, communication was very good via skype and email.

They provide really good service, and their auction theme is the best on the market. Do not hesitate to go on the extra mile doing customization work as we needed that for our customer.
I got the scripts and there's a bunch of things that doesnt work. Booking calendar, Mandatory picture sorting, geo location. They say they will fix them but never update them. Horrible! Dont get it!
Believe me, this is the worst website service that I have dealt with all my life. If you do not want your money contact them!. After they receive your money, they will not support you and your website at all. I have created many support tickets, unfortunately, they ignore it.
I got the same review removed form trustpilot due to being fake. Please don’t trust this reviewer he is posting fake reviews. I dare you post a proof of being our customer here as you couldn’t do in trustpilot and your review got deleted
I purchased the Freelancer theme from Sitemile.
This theme has everything my client requested in functionality to setup a bidding site for projects for their customers.
I had a couple of teething issues at the beginning which were dealt with in a very timely professional manner (I am not sure these guys sleep as the support desk seems to be open constantly).
Great job.
Paid for a pluigin to be written for one of their themes over 6 months ago and still waiting. Get promised all the time that they will get back to us with an update then dont hear anything. Worst service ever.
I have tried three other freelance sites, this one is by far the best! The support is friendly and outstanding, very happy I went with this theme, a big thumbs up :)
