I hired Sitemile for a customization of the ShipMe theme. The team was fully committed to my project and the support after the work was done has been great. I definitely recommend working with this company.
Please be ready to face the most incredible lack of professionalism from this company. You will experience the most unbelievable serie of unfortunate events working with them. I hired them for a customized work on the shipme theme ( which I learned the hard way it's not completely developed even when I got the pro version), they said it would be a week to complete my new project and 3 months later my site has been not finished. I have asked a refund several times and they always promise getting my project "today" which is never true. No one will take responsibility for your projects and your money and time will be wasted. I trusted Sitemile and they never care about my project, I realized that they just played around with my money and time. So please be careful and avoid working with them unless you don't care about never getting done your project. It's a shame the customer service Sitemile provides and how they do not care about the trust of their clients.
The theme author is SO RESPONSIVE. I had an issue and within less than an hour, he had e-mailed me and walked me through working out my problem.
These guys are simply amazing, the fact that they have great support makes the whole thing worth, they solved my issues within a few hrs. I had minor issues with configuring the theme and they helped me a lot. I cant thank you enough

I haven't ever witnessed such dedicated passion for theme development and being a Club member as granted me access to all their themes. I see and now many people having difficulties, but with any theme of the complexity Andrei and his team are working on, it is to be expected. But getting his themes and watching them perfect is like waiting for bread or pie to finish in the oven. Some people want sliced bread from the store - this is not what Sitemile does. So I appreciate what they do and one of their sites is being featured on Roku and Amazon Fire TV worldwide - not too shabby!
By the way, my name is professorrosado and you can look me up online. I am not associated with Sitemile except that I am a theme club member for a couple of years now and happy! (But I do know my way around WP and coding - so I see things a bit differently than most).

We hired Andrei (the dev) to do extra work on out theme and he took the money and never did any work.
After waiting 2 months for a week's work he stopped replying to my messages and never delivered the work.
It is partially my fault for trusting him with the code of my site. Although Andrei had been paid with Bitcoin ($150 USD total) and never delivered a working code.
Their support is struggling to get you the customer the best possible service, they do mistakes like everybody else, but 95% they are the best out there. Thanks andrew

I believe these good comments above are put there for the most part by the maker of the theme as they have done on many websites. I purchased the theme and it looks good but as you get into the details it makes no sense. The owner who is apparently a one man show lies so often about support he is going to do which never takes place makes it in possible to seriously consider this for a business. In the beginning he was very attentive for a few days but then he lost interest stay clear of this company it is a scam.

Please get back to us, our support is online a good part of the day and can assist you via the chat, or can assist via tickets and always assist customers. But this seems a scam message itself, cannot find a todd martin as our customers.
LE: found out who is the customer behind this, and yes we have provided excellent support for almost a month, tens of replies each day, setting up their site, and everything. Even did custom modifications for free as they requested to change, and they are still trashing our name. Could provide the entire communication if needed to anyone is interested.
