Asked a question about when my name domain transfer would be finished and they answered it clearly with a date and time. I had other questions about the process and they were clear about it as well. Pretty good so far.
What a scam this place is, charges for Weebly pro and then takes all-access away when we don't renew to the highest hosting plan and then won't refund the money spent on the pro-Weebly plan. Stay away from these guys they will scam you in the end
There are many website hosts out there, but SiteGround has surpassed all of my expectations. It is user friendly and super powerful. Above all, their Support Team on the live chat is incredible. They walked me through everything in language I could understand and if when I asked clarifying questions, they rephrased and broke it down further.
Totally impressed with the fast and knowledgeable customer service. Had a problem with MX and DNS settings, immediately got onto chat, they provided screenshots of what to do and where to go, and it was solved in a few minutes. Friendly, cordial, happy service. Nice.

I've been through a few providers in the past and SiteGround has been by far the best uptime and best support experience of all of them. It's a bit pricier than some of the alternatives, but it's 100% worth it to avoid the random outages, slow load times, and horrendous support of some of the cheaper hosts.
Left another host to join Siteground and I have no regrets! They always help, and I never experience down time, like I experienced with my previous host.

I am writing a WordPress plugin to support a new business I want to start. It's fairly complex. The hosting service I was using previously was just too slow to make it a viable customer-facing application for selling my services (5-10 second response time). So I started looking for a new hosting service. I chose SiteGround and I am very happy with them. I started this process a few days ago. Moving my WordPress application to SiteGround has seen a few bumps. Mainly because I am still writing and debugging the plugin. But, the online chat support is fantastic. Fast, easy and has resolved my issues the three times I've used it thus far. Also, the platform is wicked fast. I was used to clicking reload and looking at my phone for a bit before looking to see my result. Now my results pop up before I can even reach my phone. I am a happy camper.

This SiteBuilder tool is a separate service delivered by a 3-party partner, and as such, the payments for it are non-refundable, as specified in the disclaimer on our order page. Yet, we are willing to make a one-time exception and prorate the yearly Weebly Pro fee. A refund for the unused months of service was issued and applied to the card on file.
