I WAS TREATED ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUSLY BY THIS COMPANY. They make you pay before hand for the VAT exclusion, which NO OTHER COMPANY DOES. I was treated appallingly and I have Alopecia and find sourcing wigs a very stressful thing. Sue lied about how the conversation took place between her and I, but it's okay because luckily I record all my calls. Also the owner Emma, SHOUTED AT ME, DIDN'T LET ME SPEAK, REDUCED ME TO TEARS AND ACCUSED ME OF SOMETHING I HAD NOT DONE. I am APALLED at the treatment of this company for vulnerable customers. SHAME ON YOU! I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS!

I have had my faith restored by this company, you will see from my previous review on wigsway which is a disgusting company in China. I looked at the site of simplywigs and was delighted to find a telephone number and address so you could contact them direct, I ordered two hair pices, from the time I ordered it was a pleasure to deal with this company they are totally professional, customer service is paramount to them & most importantly my wigs where exactly what I ordered and where fabulous in quality, I had to sent one back as an exchange, this was made so simple for me to do. I can not recommend this company enough. PLEASE do not buy your wigs from abroad back this brilliant company.
