There is a huge defect in their card. A very visible and large going down middle of the center picture. I contacted them for a reprint and they cannot send the cards until December 23. They will not expedite the order seeing it was their fault (I received original package Dec 11 - 5 days after I placed the order. I asked for a refund, I have to send back all the cards and then receive the refund after the package has been received by them. My husband already mailed out a few cards - he didn't see the huge line. I no refund, no cards, and I sent them a picture of the the defect so they know I'm not just trying to get free cards. Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again
My cards were supposed to arrive last Tues. I ordered cards and an address stamp. They're using USPS to ship from CA and I received one response from Customer Service when they saw one of my items did ship. Once I mentioned I got the rubber stamp, but not the cards, they stop responding. The tracker shows the cards made 5 different stops in PA, I'm in GA! The tracker then changed and has read 'In Transit, Arriving Late' for the last 3 days. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because I received the stamp on time. Simply needs to step up, respond and make this right. I suspect there may be an error on the address? It's looking like we won't have Christmas cards this year.
I purchased "glitter" holiday cards that came without any glitter. The cards were very disappointing. I contacted customer service and got the email run-around. They kept asking for pictures of the cards, which I kept sending, and then they assured me a Quality Assurance Specialist would be contacting me. I've been waiting almost 3 months for a response. I just emailed again.
I ordered cards with a blank back & paid for next day delivery... they "shipped" the package on a Thursday but didn't actually take it to the post office until Saturday... and they printed their logos on the back :| No response on a refund either, of course.
I ordered christmas cards on 12/12, never came. Still not here. Been on hold with customer service for 30 mins. I'm sad. I really wanted to send cards this year especially to family members who have been stuck inside.
God Bless the scammers and scum bags. They need prayers.
Customer service is non existent. Poor quality printing, words overlapping. I'm still in contact with this company (day #8) in a row. I'm under the impression that the QA team does not exist. They have been reviewing my order now for a total of 8 days and not sure if I'll be getting a refund or not it's radio silence when the word refund is even brought up. An absolute scam. Will never do business with this company again.
UPDATE: It's only fair to update my review as several people finally got my cards. Lesson learned to mail the cards yourself and follow up on day of estimated delivery date. I'm going from 1 star to 3. Can't do 5 for sheer aggravation when I don't need extra.
Original:After several years of excellent product and a service, this company failed me. I decided to follow up on why no one had received my cards in 12/20/23 (10 days after estimated delivery date) only to find they have no explanation. They offered a refund or a reprint but I would have to mail them all out myself. Given I'll be away right after Christmas and, frankly, don't trust I would even get the cards in time I opted for a refund. I spent time putting together my card and making sure addresses were correct and my order was placed back on 12/5! I received a text stating they were shipped a few days later. Their system must be programmed to do this even though apparently the order was never printed or shipped. I have to start over next year but what inferior service! Get out of the card business or get better production management.
I had two pre-addressed, multi-photo holiday card orders in process on parallel tracks, one for an elderly parent (Shutterfly), the other for us (Simply to Impress). In the time it has taken Shutterfly to screw up the ealier/smaller order not once but now twice, our much larger order sailed through Simply to Impress, arrived quickly in nice packaging and are in the mail. The recipient interface was one easy uplink of an Excel file. Shutterfly provided a template with structural errors, it was supposedly corrected by their staffer, the pre-addressed envelopes arrived empty to my parent, and way behind schedule. Zero quality control on the outbound and their staff doesn't test their system. I'm on hold with them now because they sent the order with no recipient addresses, again! The reason for 4 vs 5 stars: Wish there was more customization for the pre-addressed envelopes as is offered by the competition (colors, fonts, addressing the back flap of the envelope), as well as line spacing and font sizing within the card. But for speed, easy of use and overall quality, Simply to Impress has lived up to its name. Pre-addressing the envelopes makes a big difference for both speed to the mailbox and elegance of presentation. Thank you!
I am still on the phone (now close to 55 mins) waiting with one of the call center reps who told me she just found out shipping times on the website aren't accurate. She said there is a 14 business day shipping guarantee and that my order (placed on Dec 11th) is not likely to arrive until after the New Year. The website still says (on 12/20) "get your order in 1-2 days with rush or lightning printing". She could not get any manager on the phone or refund me and basically said to deal with it. She mentioned that everyone is calling in complaining and there's nothing she can do. She kept advising its USPS' fault when in fact it is this unethical company. How did I get a partial order but no whereabouts on the bulk part of my order or a return in good faith? Do not do business with these people - there are so many other options out there!
We had a great experience! I loved the options available for front/back, number of photos and printed holiday messages. The photo we submitted was questionable quality and they fixed it for us! I'm definitely using them again next year! So very happy with how they turned out! (See photo to verify authenticity)
I ordered graduation invitations for my daughter and they arrived extremely fast within 3 days and turned out more beautiful than I even expected. Would recommend this company to anyone. Great job!
After ordering the cards in October and receiving them somewhat timely, it wasn't until on Thanksgiving weekend that I noticed the envelopes had been printed with the wrong return address - and stamped poorly. I immediately forwarded an email - no response. Customer service is a waste of time crying that they can't contact their QA department, and there is no manager.
I have been a loyal customer of Simply to Impress for many years and they have always done right by me. This year, NOT EVEN CLOSE. What I designed for my Christmas card is NOT what I received. I called the company and was told I ordered the cards the way they sent them to me...I'm a perfectionist and would never spend over $100 on a card that looks ridiculous...with the entire border cut off. Nonsense. They refused to help me and when I was finally fed up I said, "just refund my money." Their response..."send back the cards." Seriously! I will NEVER use Simply to Impress again. Way to go people, where is your loyalty? Nonexistent! Please spare yourself the aggravation working with Simply to Impress. Especially when it's the holidays and sending cards are important to you. Thanks for nothing. On the left with the multitude of cards is what they sent me...the other is what I actually ordered. What a joke!
I've now ordered my cards for various occasions here several times and will not change providers! Beautifully wrapped, quickly shipped, quality cards. So much variety to choose from. Not disappointed!
The most unprofessional company. They ruined my cards, told me there was a problem on their end. They admitted to it. Wanted me to pay to get them fixed. Credited someone else's account. Never answer emails or calls. Terrible customer service.
Go anywhere else! I ordered 12/2 - they said they shipped on 12/5. It is 12/16 and I have not received my order and cannot get in touch with the company. I've emailed, chatted and called and nothing. What a disappointment. First time ever that I won't be sending Christmas cards.
I have used Simply to Impress 2 times and both times they came super quick and were excellent quality. One time was for our last minute Christmas cards in 2020 (best Christmas cards ever! - people still talk about them) and the last time was for my daughter's last minute graduation cards that I got days ago (June 2021). Both times they came super fast, great quality, and were in a super cute package with a great display. I was also able to find discounts and coupons so that helped and they gave me a nice discount after my first order. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my needs.
I don't understand how anyone would give these scammers any more than the minimum stars, I would give them minus 5 if I could. Packages get "lost" in lala land, they don't do anything other than tell you: I'm sorry for the inconvenience, my Christmas cards never arrived, I even paid for 2 day shipping that is not really 2 day shipping according to post office, rip off. I had to end up going through my credit card for a refund.
I ordered Christmas cards which arrived with color totally washed out. Requested to have them reprinted, no response. Called four times to customer service, waited 10 minutes each time with very unhelpful responses. Never received a reprinted set. I highly recommend for you to skip this company, terrible printing and customer service.
Terrible experience. They changed my paper stock from thick to thin and did not notify me. Had I known my preferred stock was unavailable I would have gone elsewhere. My order was also shipped behind schedule so there was no need for me paying for overnight shipping.
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
