We had a great experience! I loved the options available for front/back, number of photos and printed holiday messages. The photo we submitted was questionable quality and they fixed it for us! I ordered invitations for a surprise party weeks in advance before I needed them. My order was taking forever to arrive and it was getting to close to the party so I contacted customer service asking for my money back because I made a Facebook group instead so I could get my RSVP's back in time and they refunded me only my shipping cost of 9$… so now I'm out $140 for invitations I have zero use for because they took forever to ship. Ridiculous. Will never use simply to impress again.

I ordered invitations for a surprise party weeks in advance before I needed them. I ordered 25 Easter cards recently. I've ordered probably 250 cards from them over the past 2 ish years. The Easter cards came out grainy with little specks all over then photos of my son. (They were high quality photos.) When you order custom cards it states they will send you a sample of the quality of the pictures are questionable. Which they did not do. Communicated with them via chat and email (they don't take phone calls). They sent me out 25 new cards free of charge, apologizing and stating it was an apparent issue with their printer and that they are totally accepting fault. The new 25 cards were EXACTLY the same. Grainy and speckled. At this point I was a week out from Easter and I'd have to order from another vendor, but these cards are NOT cheap and I wasn't going to order elsewhere til I got a refund from Simply To Impress. I requested a refund, sent them more pictures of the cards. Goodness gracious they wanted soooo many pictures. But I gave them everything they requested. And I was willing to send them back all 50 of the cards for a full refund. They said they'd send the photos and info to quality control and someone would be back to me in 48 hours with a resolution. To waited two days, they still never got back to me. I emailed them again and said "umm I'm still waiting, what's taking so long, I've spent a lot of money on your website over the last two years, all I want is to return the cards and get a refund." They responded with an apology and stated there's nothing that can be done til Quality Control looks at the information / complaint. (Let's note here; quality control should have LOOKED at the replacement cards BEFORE sending them out to me to assure the issue was resolved. They clearly did not.) That last email they sent, telling me "sorry you'll have to wait" was March 21,2024. It's April 4,2024. I still haven't heard back. I will not be ordering from this vendor ever again and I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

I had two pre-addressed, multi-photo holiday card orders in process on parallel tracks, one for an elderly parent (Shutterfly), the other for us (Simply to Impress). In the time it has taken Shutterfly to screw up the ealier/smaller order not once but now twice, our much larger order sailed through Simply to Impress, arrived quickly in nice packaging and are in the mail. The recipient interface was one easy uplink of an Excel file. Shutterfly provided a template with structural errors, it was supposedly corrected by their staffer, the pre-addressed envelopes arrived empty to my parent, and way behind schedule. Zero quality control on the outbound and their staff doesn't test their system. I'm on hold with them now because they sent the order with no recipient addresses, again! The reason for 4 vs 5 stars: Wish there was more customization for the pre-addressed envelopes as is offered by the competition (colors, fonts, addressing the back flap of the envelope), as well as line spacing and font sizing within the card. But for speed, easy of use and overall quality, Simply to Impress has lived up to its name. Pre-addressing the envelopes makes a big difference for both speed to the mailbox and elegance of presentation. Thank you!

I ordered graduation invitations for my daughter and they arrived extremely fast within 3 days and turned out more beautiful than I even expected. Would recommend this company to anyone. Great job!

Do not order from this company. I proofed my card and the generic version came out instead.
So, my Christmas card was signed with someone else's names. I'm 100 percent sure it was not my mistake.
I called and got disconnected three times. Finally was able to speak to someone, took a half hour for them to tell me that they would give me 50% off my next order. Not replace the cards that were garbage. Not to mention only 4 days left to label and mail them. They took no part in making this error from their system right.
Do yourself a favor and order from Zazzle or Vista Print.

I ordered 60 personalized Christmas cards and envelopes. Received all of them but 40 were unusable due to printing quality issues - red ink splayed down the middle of the card and some with white ink roller marks across the middle. Quality control was non-existent for my order. Then when I requested a reprint for the 40 bad cards, they said someone would call me to arrange what I needed. I needed the cards to be sent to another address (mine, since I am home now from Christmas and has the first ones sent to my family elsewhere while I visited). So then without even a follow up email or phone call, the new 40 cards are on their way to my 85-year-old relative who will worry like anything that I have not gotten them. Probably will go to the PO himself to try to mail them to me - by then it will be well into January. Anyway, NYT Wirecutter is wrong about this company and it surely has paid for its own 5000 Google reviews showing 4.8/5 satisfaction. That's just not possible with such a bad quality control and customer service process! Who owns this company anyway? Here are 6 examples - 3 with the red ink in the middle and 3 with the white stripes. Just awful!

I don't understand the poor reviews. I have used this site for holiday photo cards now for two years after multiple disappointments using Minted and Tiny Prints as well as other sites over the years. The site is easy to use, the photo and card quality have been excellent and the company provides a personalized thank you with the order. The New York Times and Wall Street Journal have both rated Simply to Impress as the top photo card company for the last couple of years. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Simply to Impress for all my photo card needs as well as recommend the site to others.

The quality of the delivered product was terrible. When I wrote to complain and ask for a refund I did get a response with a link to what was supposed to be a form to submit the details of my complaint, but instead the link just took me back to the Simply to Impress site with a message that basically said, "Sorry, we can't find what you're looking for, but why not check out these products!" Complete scam. They will take your money and ignore your efforts to get satisfaction from the transaction.

Oh where to begin! I took a chance on a sponsored ad instead of the usual shutterfly or vistaprint I normally use. Wow am I impressed. It was a very easy process to customize. The processing time and shipping was exceedingly fast and the cards are gorgeous. They even sent them in very nice packaging with 2 extra cards free of charge and a personalized thank you note. Wow! I will only use simply to impress for all my custom card needs! Opens my eyes to their other products. A+++

Tip for consumers:
When choosing christmas cards you are able to also choose either holiday, Christmas, new years, or religious. This is nice because if you like one set up of a card you can choose between which message to send as well.

There is a huge defect in their card. A very visible and large going down middle of the center picture. I contacted them for a reprint and they cannot send the cards until December 23. They will not expedite the order seeing it was their fault (I received original package Dec 11 - 5 days after I placed the order. I asked for a refund, I have to send back all the cards and then receive the refund after the package has been received by them. My husband already mailed out a few cards - he didn't see the huge line. I no refund, no cards, and I sent them a picture of the the defect so they know I'm not just trying to get free cards. Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again

I am still on the phone (now close to 55 mins) waiting with one of the call center reps who told me she just found out shipping times on the website aren't accurate. She said there is a 14 business day shipping guarantee and that my order (placed on Dec 11th) is not likely to arrive until after the New Year. The website still says (on 12/20) "get your order in 1-2 days with rush or lightning printing". She could not get any manager on the phone or refund me and basically said to deal with it. She mentioned that everyone is calling in complaining and there's nothing she can do. She kept advising its USPS' fault when in fact it is this unethical company. How did I get a partial order but no whereabouts on the bulk part of my order or a return in good faith? Do not do business with these people - there are so many other options out there!

I ordered Christmas Card with a personalized picture on one of their card stock Cards
They were delivered on time but was VERY DISAPPOINTED when they arrived.
The picture was dark and you could. Barely see one of the names on the card due to the light of the window in the picture.
Don't know if I'm even going to send them out.
Such a cute picture I used but just didn't turn out the way I hoped

Don't be fooled by the name. This was the card on the TOP of my stack I received. Others below it had issues too with damages. They did send a fast replacement, but still not impressed, and won't use them again.

The Xmas cards said glitter did not have any. The return addresses were out of alignment. The 22 photo ornaments were out of alignment, no glitter as it said and the bright photo was faded.

Ordered Christmas cards arrived on time, December 6 cards are very dark and its been 9 days and no one has addressed the issue. I call and the managers are always on the phone and customer service can not make a decision. I will not use them again it has been very stressful and they will not put a supervisor on the phone because they are always busy. Customer service is not able to expeditate that time is of the essence. It has been stressful using them this year.

I asked for a refund. My cards have been sitting in the postal warehouse since 12/8. They were ordered on 12/1. Extremely disappointed and angry.

We used Simply to Impress to print and ship the "Thank You" cards for our wedding. Individually typing out notes on each of the 50+ cards, adding the return address, and providing the shipping address took the better part of 3-4 hours. Upon my attendees receiving their cards, every single card was reported to have had the wrong Thank You card in the envelope. Obviously my now wife and I outreached every single person that attended our wedding, having to apologize for the card company mishandling every order.

In response to this terrible situation, I attempted to use both the live chat and call in number to resolve this issue. Live chat was terrible, took forever to respond, and put me through the ringer by having me "prove that the cards were incorrect". Luckily I already had photos from 5 or more people that had received wrong cards. While waiting on live chat to respond, I called into their mainline twice. The first time was met with a static connection where the agent could not hear me and I could not hear them. The second agent told me to send them an email so they could "further investigate". Such a joke and scam. Do not embaress yourself like we did, when choosing your card company. 0 STARS AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. No wonder why they don't post their Google reviews, after seeing all of the other war stories from these scam artists.

SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT USE!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Simply to Impress for many years and they have always done right by me. This year, NOT EVEN CLOSE. What I designed for my Christmas card is NOT what I received. I called the company and was told I ordered the cards the way they sent them to me...I'm a perfectionist and would never spend over $100 on a card that looks ridiculous...with the entire border cut off. Nonsense. They refused to help me and when I was finally fed up I said, "just refund my money." Their response..."send back the cards." Seriously! I will NEVER use Simply to Impress again. Way to go people, where is your loyalty? Nonexistent! Please spare yourself the aggravation working with Simply to Impress. Especially when it's the holidays and sending cards are important to you. Thanks for nothing. On the left with the multitude of cards is what they sent me...the other is what I actually ordered. What a joke!

Tip for consumers:
DONT' BOTHER WITH SIMPLY TO IMPRESS. IT'S NOT WORTH IT TO HAVE YOUR CARDS RUINED AND THE HASSLE OF RE-DOING WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. ALTHOUGH SINCE I LOVE HOLIDAY CARDS, THAT'S WHAT I AM DOING.

Ordered holiday cards with a picture on Dec 3rd, some got to recipients Dec 23rd, others will be after Christmas. When cards finally arrived they are VERY SMALL! Watch the size! Much, much smaller than Snapfish or Shutterfly. Quality of picture was just fair. Overall, terrible experience, bordering on a scam.

I had the worst experience with this company. I just had my Christmas cards printed out with a professional picture that we took for a photo shoot. The cards they sent had my kids eyes black and teeth. I emailed and called multiple times. They took so long to get back to me I had to order cards from somewhere else. When they did get back to me they kept asking for pictures of the cards as if I was lying. I had to send them pictures 3 times and now they say I can't get my money back until I mail them all the cards back. This place is a joke! Never order from them!
