I am very disappointed with my experience. I was guaranteed a 2-4 day delivery period and it is day 10 and still no cards. My friend got hers in 2 days. Definitely will not be using this company again.
This company promises phoney delivery dates and then will not answer chats or telephone calls. They had me on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes and then hung up on me! I will never, ever use them again. I highly doubt that I will ever even receive my merchandise. I needed my items by the date they promised which is why I ordered from them. They totally screwed me up with their false promises. I would have been better off paying twice as much to receive my order when I needed it.
Awful, idiotic customer service. We created an order for christmas cards and the total came out to be approx $55 but it charged me $79. I emailed customer service with screenshots and they said "we checked our system and the $79 is correct. Dont worry about it." Dont worry about it? So you can steal my money and commit credit card fraud? So we proceed to call them and the next customer representative is just as dense. They acknowledged it was their fault but there's nothing they can do about it and they were going to leave it at $79. Absolutely ridiculous. Where did they find these employees? Company is terrible. Stay away. Cancelled my order. Dont give them business
Perhaps I may be in the minority, but my Xmas cards came out great! They were delivered a day earlier than promised and they were packaged so beautifully. A personalized note included thanking me for my order in a gorgeous present-type box. I normally would order from Shutterfly or even Walmart for cards. I wanted to try something different and unique to match this crazy year. Simply to Impress did a great job! I will gladly purchase from them again.
I was hesitant to order after reading these reviews. But, I was able to order magnets at a way more affordable price than other websites. They arrived promptly. They were beautifully wrapped and secure in their box. The color and alignment were great. I was so relieved. I will definitely order from them again.
I am so disappointed with this company. Save yourself the trouble and order form a more reputable company. The lady, Karyn was very kind and understanding, however her higher ups were not understanding whatsoever. I will not have time to have Christmas cards this year because of them messing up the shipping label on their end. Please don't order form here!
I ordered some personalized notecards on Oct 29 and received them Nov 2, the quality was fantastic and the pictures I had chosen were so vibrant. They are a gift for a friend and now I will definitely be ordering more from this wonderful company.
It is 12/13 and my cards are over 4 days late. This is partially b/c they had to redo cards for me b/c the quality was fuzzy and dark. This was something I was really looking forward to sharing with family and friends, and they have ruined it. Talk about making thinks worse during this already tough year. Will never use again. Currently figuring out another way to share my photos.

They Created a fake usps label that was never received by usps.
There is no customer service when you call,
Recording puts you on hold for unlimited amount of time, than Offers a representative call you back since they are "so busy" however no one ever calls you back.
Only online will someone "chat" with you and offer you more false information.
It's all a HOAX
They said they will refund order since order was never sent to me the customer,
However we shall see.
If they don't refund, I will dispute with my bank.
The company is a fraud and a Hoax
Hopefully us innocent customers won't fall for this fraudulent company again.
Disappointed our Holidays!
After ordering Christmas cards on 11/30/21, they were mailed USPS on 12/2. Hung up in transit in Tallahasee FL for 17 days so far. Customer Service consists of sharing the tracking information I have been tracking for more than 2 weeks. Zero help or support, no offer to contact the shipper to expedite. They don't care if you stay with them or not, review them or not, post on social media or not, contact the cc company or not. Will not use again.
UPDATE: after countless emails, I finally got a full refund for my order and an apology.
I ordered 22 Christmas cards and in the package there was only 1 card and 3 random cards from someone else's order. Even their thank you card from the company for ordering was awful the text wasn't centered at all and they're supposed to be a printing company… the picture quality was grainy and unclear on the 1 card I did receive. I contacted them and they were able to send me my missing cards but they didn't offer to expedite the shipping and the cards arrived after Christmas, boo.
I paid for 2 day shipping (supposed to deliver today) and now it's saying they won't deliver until Friday (four days after I placed the order). I've emailed, called several times and no one will respond. I called this morning and the phone lines said they were closed today? What a coincidence. I will never order from them again. Now my xmas cards will be super late.
Love the graduation invites I ordered. Excellent quality, speed and packaging. I ordered late Sunday night and they were at my door on Thursday. I was very concerned with all of the negative reviews I read after ordering. To my surprise, everything was great. Simply to Impress exceeded my expectations.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Don't order from them - I changed my holiday cards this year to Simply to Impress from Tiny Prints/Shutterfly. What a mistake, never again! I am calling American Express to have them try to get my money back and I have never done that before. Management, if there even is any, should be ashamed of themselves.

The products are nice, although the price has consistently gone up over the past 4 years. Turn around time leaves A LOT to be desired. Their site claims 2-3 day turn around. My cards took 8. The company did not expedite shipping in order to make up for their delay. $200 of Christmas cards that now will not arrive before Christmas in most cases because the information on their site was inaccurate. I've used this company for the past 4 years, I will be looking for a new provider for next years cards. This level of service is simply not acceptable.
I ordered Christmas Cards before Thanksgiving and my cards were shipped to Illinois (I'm in CA). They reprinted quickly and then they were lost in transit, so much for 1-2 day priority. They refunded me $30.00 of my $150 order and hung up on my when I called to ask about their 1-2 priority citing my custom ornaments from Turkey arrived sooner than my cards from a City 45 minutes away from me. Will never order from them again!
Worst company I have worked with, lost time trying to order 50 cards, the worst part is that they try to blame the customer for everything. Please be aware, they will tell you order has been shipped, only to tell you that it has been cancelled, it was a mistake on my part because I called a live customer service when I was supposed to answer by email. Customer be aware!
My holiday cards came back too dark to see photo. Customer service said they would reprint. I set up a new photo as directed. No response. Called, emailed no response. Go elsewhere for cards!
The quality of the delivered product was terrible. When I wrote to complain and ask for a refund I did get a response with a link to what was supposed to be a form to submit the details of my complaint, but instead the link just took me back to the Simply to Impress site with a message that basically said, "Sorry, we can't find what you're looking for, but why not check out these products!" Complete scam. They will take your money and ignore your efforts to get satisfaction from the transaction.
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
