Love o order a Christmas card y they are amazing 100% recommendations the material is amazing I just place a new order
My holiday cards came back too dark to see photo. Customer service said they would reprint. I set up a new photo as directed. No response. Called, emailed no response. Go elsewhere for cards!
Do not order from this company. I proofed my card and the generic version came out instead.
So, my Christmas card was signed with someone else's names. I'm 100 percent sure it was not my mistake.
I called and got disconnected three times. Finally was able to speak to someone, took a half hour for them to tell me that they would give me 50% off my next order. Not replace the cards that were garbage. Not to mention only 4 days left to label and mail them. They took no part in making this error from their system right.
Do yourself a favor and order from Zazzle or Vista Print.
The quality of the delivered product was terrible. When I wrote to complain and ask for a refund I did get a response with a link to what was supposed to be a form to submit the details of my complaint, but instead the link just took me back to the Simply to Impress site with a message that basically said, "Sorry, we can't find what you're looking for, but why not check out these products!" Complete scam. They will take your money and ignore your efforts to get satisfaction from the transaction.
Horrible customer service! I paid 37.00 for 15 cards and they never came. They also refuse to refund my money.
The cards I ordered were in memory of a deceased family member. The cards were ordered "overnight". The cards didn't arrive when expected. I called Simply To Impress. They said there was a "delay". The tracking (UPS) continued to say a label was made but that they "did not have the package". I called again the next day, and after a long wait, when I finally spoke to someone, they just said "there's a delay". And I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up. I called again the next day (now the cards are 3 days late) and they say again that there is a delay. Now they say they can send a replacement but I won't get them for 5-6 days. I got a refund. I don't have another option this late now to get cards made in time. To say this was upsetting is pure understatement. Do NOT use Simply To Impress. They not only are unimpressive, they do not even bother making sure you get your order.
I ordered Christmas cards. They came in the mail with horrible applied filters. Like my family had blue teeth horrible. They wouldn't fix it. Or refund my cards.
There is a huge defect in their card. A very visible and large going down middle of the center picture. I contacted them for a reprint and they cannot send the cards until December 23. They will not expedite the order seeing it was their fault (I received original package Dec 11 - 5 days after I placed the order. I asked for a refund, I have to send back all the cards and then receive the refund after the package has been received by them. My husband already mailed out a few cards - he didn't see the huge line. I no refund, no cards, and I sent them a picture of the the defect so they know I'm not just trying to get free cards. Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again
Ordered Christmas cards arrived on time, December 6 cards are very dark and its been 9 days and no one has addressed the issue. I call and the managers are always on the phone and customer service can not make a decision. I will not use them again it has been very stressful and they will not put a supervisor on the phone because they are always busy. Customer service is not able to expeditate that time is of the essence. It has been stressful using them this year.
I asked for a refund. My cards have been sitting in the postal warehouse since 12/8. They were ordered on 12/1. Extremely disappointed and angry.
I have been a loyal customer of Simply to Impress for many years and they have always done right by me. This year, NOT EVEN CLOSE. What I designed for my Christmas card is NOT what I received. I called the company and was told I ordered the cards the way they sent them to me...I'm a perfectionist and would never spend over $100 on a card that looks ridiculous...with the entire border cut off. Nonsense. They refused to help me and when I was finally fed up I said, "just refund my money." Their response..."send back the cards." Seriously! I will NEVER use Simply to Impress again. Way to go people, where is your loyalty? Nonexistent! Please spare yourself the aggravation working with Simply to Impress. Especially when it's the holidays and sending cards are important to you. Thanks for nothing. On the left with the multitude of cards is what they sent me...the other is what I actually ordered. What a joke!
Small company trying to make it... The old trick of bait and switch. After realizing that I was only offered 30% off the final purchase. I should have received the 50% off with the promo code. Simply To Impress also offered free shipping before the expired date of 02Dec23. When attempting to make the purchase correct and in "Good Faith" the customer service representative was less than helpful in making the purchase fair and just. I will never make another purchase with this company. Shame of you and buyers beware. Over a couple of bucks to make it right, they chose not to help. Moreover, after all the negative reviews, I should have known better. That's why I made a small purchase and willing to give them a chance.
I had the worst experience with this company. I just had my Christmas cards printed out with a professional picture that we took for a photo shoot. The cards they sent had my kids eyes black and teeth. I emailed and called multiple times. They took so long to get back to me I had to order cards from somewhere else. When they did get back to me they kept asking for pictures of the cards as if I was lying. I had to send them pictures 3 times and now they say I can't get my money back until I mail them all the cards back. This place is a joke! Never order from them!
We had a great experience! I loved the options available for front/back, number of photos and printed holiday messages. The photo we submitted was questionable quality and they fixed it for us! I'm definitely using them again next year! So very happy with how they turned out! (See photo to verify authenticity)
I don't understand the poor reviews. I have used this site for holiday photo cards now for two years after multiple disappointments using Minted and Tiny Prints as well as other sites over the years. The site is easy to use, the photo and card quality have been excellent and the company provides a personalized thank you with the order. The New York Times and Wall Street Journal have both rated Simply to Impress as the top photo card company for the last couple of years. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Simply to Impress for all my photo card needs as well as recommend the site to others.
The Xmas cards said glitter did not have any. The return addresses were out of alignment. The 22 photo ornaments were out of alignment, no glitter as it said and the bright photo was faded.
Don't be fooled by the name. This was the card on the TOP of my stack I received. Others below it had issues too with damages. They did send a fast replacement, but still not impressed, and won't use them again.
I ordered Christmas Card with a personalized picture on one of their card stock Cards
They were delivered on time but was VERY DISAPPOINTED when they arrived.
The picture was dark and you could. Barely see one of the names on the card due to the light of the window in the picture.
Don't know if I'm even going to send them out.
Such a cute picture I used but just didn't turn out the way I hoped
Such a waste of money
Sent in a picture for a Christmas card; cards were dark, grainy and yellow. Customer service awful!
Worst company I have worked with, lost time trying to order 50 cards, the worst part is that they try to blame the customer for everything. Please be aware, they will tell you order has been shipped, only to tell you that it has been cancelled, it was a mistake on my part because I called a live customer service when I was supposed to answer by email. Customer be aware!
Answer: I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.
Answer: It's easy. You just won't get the result you may want, like sending cards to friends and family which inthr resin you used them.
